This modernly furnished vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, part of which is rented out. The adjacent garden is not available for use. The vacation rental measures 84 square meters and is fully equipped, featuring an open-concept kitchen that can also be separated (sliding door). The cozy living room is equipped with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV, and the reading room is also worth mentioning. From the living room, you have a stunning view of Lake Malchow and Malchow Island. The bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a closet, and seating. A linen package is included. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds and have Wi-Fi. Parking is available right outside the door, but spaces cannot be reserved. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the house. A small balcony, accessible via the hallway, rounds out this modern apartment. Right next to the apartment is public access to the waterfront with a bench where you can relax. A playground (0.9 km away) and boat rentals (0.9 km away) are available in town.
