Temporary home, Cozy cottage just 200 meters from the beach

The 75m² large comfortably furnished holiday home, bookable for 2 adults "Adults Only" without children, is quietly located on the Greifswalder Bodden, only 200 meters from the sandy and sandy Baltic Sea beach between the sunny island of Usedom and the island of Rügen. The Bodden has only shallow water and offers wonderful sunsets.

Luxury in our house means peace, nature and relaxation. Vacation away from the hustle and bustle.

The house with the fenced garden offers garden furniture and a barbecue. In the living area you will find a light-flooded room with couch, blankets and a large TV. The bright dining area has a large table with 3 chairs and a bench, and you can choose from a variety of games, as well as various reading options.

The kitchen is functional with electric stove and oven, microwave with grill, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots. As a starter set, we have washing-up rags and dishwashing liquid ready for you. Please remember to bring wipes.

In the bathroom with shower and toilet we provide toilet paper. Hand and bath towels please bring.

The sleeping area offers a large double bed 180 x 200 cm with box spring mattresses, duvets and 4 pillows. The bed linen is please bring.

There are shops in the immediate vicinity during the season from April to October at the campground in Loissin with goods for daily needs, fresh bread rolls, cakes, fish and a small snack. There is also a restaurant there.

The seaside resort of Lubmin and the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald with the ruined Eldena ruins can be reached in just a few minutes.
The island of Usedom with its wide beaches and imperial baths is not far (about 20 minutes).
The island of Rügen can be reached in about 1 hour.
The small fishing village Freest and the harbor Kröslin are also very interesting destinations.
If you like cycling, you will find here among other things the beautiful Baltic Sea cycle path and the route of North German Romanticism.
