Brookhaven Buckhead modern home

This 2 bedroom 2 bath designer’s home is conveniently located in Brookhaven, on the border with Buckhead. Large fenced backyard, furnished porch with the views to the garden. Walking distance to Lenox Park and short drive to all Buckhead's attractions, Atlanta city center, Beltline and Piedmont Park.
Your comfort and fantastic stay is the most important to us the owners. We designed the house for your enjoyment and great experience.

The house is divided into 2 separate and completely private units with its own entrance. The other space is in a basement and has only 1 bedroom and no kitchen. The other space is rented but our guests typically never see each other as it is very private (the backyard and the parking in front of the house are shared). Each unit has it's own furnished private patio space. If you bring a pet, make sure to add it to your reservation as there is a one time fee of $100 for extra cleaning.

Upon arrival everything was good house was nice but as we get into the house myself and my guests saw 3 roaches in there but overall the house is great

This is a beautiful and central house perfect for a girls trip. Kitchen was well stocked even had ketchup and mustard in the fridge. Check in was with door code very easy and good communication with host.

Very cozy home, very convenient

The property is very comfortable and well equipped. We were travelling with our granddaughter and we all agreed that this is one of the nicest places we've stayed. The house is modern and tidy without feeling sparse. Everythung we could possibly need during our stay was provided. The neighborhood is close to the main road but not noisy, and the back yard is beautiful. The beds are also very comfortable. We'll stay again if we travel to Atlanta.

Wonderful Weekend Trip

Loved the feeling of cleanliness, very well maintained, and updated look of the space. The back deck and yard is super pretty too. Definitely a jewel for the price and the location being as convenient to everything as it is. Just a note though, it does sit off of a busy street and parking can be tight, but we were very happy with it, along with our communication with the host.

family Easter birthday weekend

Wonderful for family. 2 couples very comfortable. well located easy to grocery stores. Kitchen needs a few things. more silverware and 2 burners on stove not working, but other than that very well appointed. back patio lovely for coffee in the morning.

Perfect

Our pups enjoyed the fully fenced yard - theFurnishing were comfortable.Close to everything.The driveway was a little tricky to find in the dark but we soon got the hang of it. Highly recommend staying there.

Family visit

The house was perfectly suited for our needs. Fenced in yard was a big plus and our dogs enjoyed being able to explore the back yard. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay!!

My family and I enjoyed the residence and it was exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was neat and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the showers lol!! We highly recommend the listing and would stay there again if needed.

Trip to Atlanta

My wife, two daughters, and I recently traveled to Atlanta to visit my son. We had the good fortune of staying at this property. The location was fantastic, only a few miles away restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and the highway. The house itself was amazing – the furnishings and decor were top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed and would strongly recommend this property.

Great little spot

We stayed here for a quick commute to the JW Marriott which is where a friend was getting married. It was just as described, two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with a nice shared living space and backyard. There was definitely street noise from the road into the bedroom with the king bed, but all things considered we were very happy to be in this space rather than a hotel room!

Great House with Fenced Yard

Wonderful and comfortable house. Fenced backyard was great for my dogs. Pleasantly surprised that the home had toiletries, coffee and things you might forget to pack. Host was available and kind. If this house is available, book it! You will be happy you did. Btw beds are very comfortable. Slept great!

Well appointed and comfortable

This is a beautiful house in a convenient location to Lenox, Buckhead, and easy access to get on the highway to go anywhere else in town. The beds are comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms are gorgeous. There is also plenty of room to store everything for your stay in the closets. There is some road noise, but that is an even trade for the location. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add panels to the curtains in the master facing the street. I used some heavy things to close the corners.

Atlanta wedding trip

My husband, our son and daughter in-law and our granddaughter stayed here to attend a wedding in Acworth. The house is in a good neighborhood and very convenient to shopping and the Buckhead district. All went well, the house was just as expected and worked for our needs. I have to mention the only negative was the tenant in the unit below was smoking outside and the smoke drifted up to our area on the patio. He was also on the phone with someone and talking very loudly, almost in an angry manner. Otherwise we enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning for coffee. The backyard is large and beautiful. Overall it was a great stay.

We loved this place!

Everything about this rental is phenomenal! The location is super close to the main thoroughfares in Atlanta, so very easy to get around. Also close to a MARTA station, Kroger, Publix, and Costco. The inside has been beautifully renovated, was super clean, and the whole house smelled amazing. A very enjoyable back deck that overlooks a large, fenced backyard. We met one of the nice neighbors and loved on his golden retriever. We have a senior dog with bad hips, and the steps out of the front door were easy for her to manage. The front yard has plenty of grass for the pups if you don't want to walk around the back. There were tenants in the downstairs unit both weekends we were there, but we had absolutely no issues with them. Plenty of space to park. Lots of extras included - hand soap, paper towels, coffee, tea, creamer, spices, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent to name a few. A lot more cookware in the kitchen than I usually see at rentals. Saw lots of people walking/jogging/walking dogs along the sidewalk on the road, and the house is located in a very nice area. Aiva was super about communication and was very quick to reply to questions I had before booking. We look forward to staying here on our return trips to Atlanta! Disappointing

Crouched below an extremely busy traffic corridor with a steep drive opening directly onto road, inadequate window coverage allowing much leakage across walls and ceiling of master bedroom facing road in addition to constant road noise, an undisclosed downstairs tenant with irregular hours and a large dog that woke us both mornings at 6:45 barking several minutes, Sunday morning included as tenant out most of the night. Overriding complaint is lack of transparency on the part of owner both as to true location and presence of tenant. When politely informed her the second morning of being disturbed was treated to a lecture that she had a dog, the neighbors had dogs etc…. and the point was? Tired travelers were to accept early morning disturbances? I question your 5 Star rating on several levels. Cleanliness and linen condition, proper glass and dish ware an unfinished area in living space and sheers covering the only windows that looked out on a lovely back yard. We are currently staying in another VRBO which is delightful and we regularly find accommodations through your agency. Not to save expenses which actually isn’t the case but rather to enjoy (when possible) the creativity of others homes and or investments. Sadly disappointed and relieved to go onto our next phase of the trip.

Great Location and Dog Friendly

Good Host Communication and Great Location near Buckhead. Close to numerous Brookhaven restaurants. Amenities and Interior Fittings as described and shown in photos. Our dog loved the expansive fenced in yard area. Would definitely rent this place again!

City convenience + huge, fenced yard for pups

What a great property to rent while staying in the Atlanta area. Almost an acre was fenced, allowing my dogs to run free & get plenty of exercise. The kitchen was well appointed, with ample dishes & cooking tools. The property manager was very attentive & communicative during my stay, even over Christmas. Note- the basement is a second rental & shares the backyard.
