You will need to sign a release of Liability with Waterfront Keys Realty, and they will give you the keys for the water toys!

Upstairs on the second level, you will be lured in by the views! The main living area is surrounded by glass doors to maximize the views, from the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean, color changing sunrise skies to romantic star clustered moonlit nights. From the main living area leads to an open patio with table and chairs to relax and enjoy life! Living room features a flat screen television with expanded cable and FREE in house Wireless internet, comfortable recliner chair. Dining room features seating for four with two barstools for additional seating. The kitchen features full line of appliances and private balcony off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean with a comfortable king size bed with flat screen television, access to the deck and private full size shower. Guest bedroom features a queen bed, closest storage, and full size bathroom.

Outdoors on the lower deck you will find that the open air covered porch is the place to be....seated on one of the four lounge chairs or enjoying the Florida Keys Cuisine at the dining table that seats six. Cook your catch on the BBQ grill and make great memories with your family and friends.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, FREE WIFI, Dishwasher, Microwave and Views...Views....Views!

Absolutely beautiful!

We rented a boat, fished and snorkeled. Really enjoyed the patio right on the sea wall. One of the best parts of property was the stunning view of the morning sunrise!

Perfect view

Clean but needs updating. Outside was ideal with the deck,beautiful view, and covered parking.

Location Location Location

Beautiful views. Close to great restaurants, boating, activities etc. We rode bikes, played tennis and swam. Great visit all around.

Enjoyable location

Property was a great location right on the water,check in was easy. House needed some updates but overall was a good property.

Great location, everyone is friendly and it so peaceful. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset. It’s always an amazing time.

NWF to Key West

Place was great and mostly what we expected. Utilizing the water behind the condo proved to be less than expected as it’s a no wake zone for boats to pass so we had to regroup for other water plans during our stay.

We return to Venture Out each year and look forward to the next visit each time. The Waterfront Keys group were the managers of this property and I cannot thank them enough for how we were treated. The golf cart rental inside the park is also awsome!

Great location

Great location, clearer explanation of WiFi password, keys for paddleboards or kayaks would have been nice. Tiny Ants were all over kitchen even though we did not have any food. Beds were comfortable (bed skirt was dirty. We also could have used more towels there was only two sets per bathroom, without any detergent to use for required laundry wash.

Faye, Thank you for the review. We will check on the Wi-Fi info which should be on the fridge and easily accessible. We will also put a note on all guest info that a wavier must be signed and the keys are at the office for the paddles boards, etc. There should have been laundry detergent left in the unit and we do apologize for that. We will also have the linens checked as there should be 4 sets in each bathroom. We do have monthly pest control for most units but due to the last couple of weather events we have seen an slight increase in activity. Mother Nature does have a mind of her own. We do hope to see you again the future. Waterfront keys realty

Not even close to what was described!

This was our first time staying on Cudjoe Key. Venture Out seemed like a great community with great amenities. I was a bit hesitant based on the required 125 registration fee that we were told had to be paid at the guard gate upon arrival, we decided to do it since the amenities promised looked great on the listing. The location of the unit is great with direct waterfront views. The unit is very worn and dirty. The furniture, in some cases, is worn, dirty, broken. The kitchen cabinets, closets are dirty and dusty. Mold in the main shower. The pots and pans are worn, stained and the cookies sheets were not clean. In general, the unit needs paint and updating. One of the two bikes had a flat tire so we were a bike short. We tried to inflate it but the tube had a hole.The outdoor area is uninviting and the cushions look worn and chairs are broken.We were informed that there was construction in the community and that they are updating fiber optics. The pool was closed everyday until 4:30pm with no notice to us prior to our stay. We had to go to the guard shack to find out why.I contacted the property management and they responded saying they were sorry for the inconvenience but that there was no recourse or compensation for not having access to the biggest amenity at Venture Out. Very impersonal and unacceptable guest service. We will not return to Venture Out and do not recommend this property. See pictures to back up my comments.

Bonnie, We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. The $125 is clearly stated in the desc of the unit. The ongoing upgrades change areas of the park almost each day so knowing who will be effected is a big challenge. The saltwater swim area right next to the pool is always available. We hope you reconsider staying at Venture Out in the future. We would appreciate the chance to host you again.

Another awesome stay in venture out

We had a fantastic time at our vacation rental. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and just love it. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully suplied for anything we may have needed. We especially loved the view and the extras that come with the house. The 2 bikes (tires are a little flat though), 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards are an awesome addition. We used them every day and it was just so easy to use them right behind the house. Just remember to sign the paperwork to use them at check in, we forgot to ask and had to go back. There is a great outdoor table under the house to sit at for meals but stay in the shade. We spent most of our time fishing and caught tons of fish. Love the neighborhood, everyone is so friendly and short drive to key west. My only disappointment (no fault of the owners) was that the pool normally is open till 11pm and security was closing it at dusk. They made an excuse about the lighting when we asked but the lights seemed to be working fine when we drove by at night. The hot tub area also seemed to be closed but we didn't try to use it anyway since it was so hot every day. A swim and dip the hot tub would have been great after getting home from dinner at night but due to the early closure we couldn't take advantage of that. Other than that, our stay was pretty awesome and we would certainly come back again. Big thanks to the owners who seemed to have thought of everything that we could have needed to make our trip enjoyable!

Great Location, However a Few Issues

Location was great, however this VRBO did not appear as listed. - Check in was fine, however after booking we learned there was an additional security deposit prior to even entering the gate. - This listing specified we would have a functioning washer and dryer. This was not the case, it was broken. We were told to get quarters from the security gate (would only sell us a roll of quarters) and use one of the laundromats on the property. That we had to pay for. The listing was not accurate. - Kayaks were locked up, didn’t know we had to get the key to unlock them from a property management group located in the resort, which was closed when we found out. I drove over the next day to get the key. They provided the wrong key, had to wait until they drove over with the correct key. Then when pulled the kayaks out, one had a 4 inch gash in the side and was full of water. The other was beat up, missing a drain plug, but useable. Either way, the listing was not accurate. - Bikes were rusted out, seats duct taped, handle bars loose. - There was considerable mold around the bathroom vent. And thick dust cover both bathroom light vents. - We paid a cleaning fee when booking. Upon arrival we were told we had to wash all linens and towels (now at the laundromat). Not to leave any dishes in the sink or dishwasher. Not to leave any trash inside. What exactly is the cleaning fee for; if we are stripping beds, washing all linens, washing putting away dishes, and taking out all trash?

Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made. Please contact prior to booking for approx. closure/repair dates.
