This home is professionally managed by Your Key Rental Management, was designed and decorated by Lexico Design and has recently undergone renovations. All furnishings are brand new, chosen for their aesthetic, your comfort and their functionality.
The extra large patio and skyline views are sure to captivate.
We are available 24/7 for our guests. For the quickest communication, please utilize the Airbnb app.
You will have access to the entire condo, the extra large patio and a secure underground parking stall.
The living room offers; a 70 inch smart TV, comfortable sectional, linen curtains, blackout blinds, coffee table that lifts to become a desk or table, sitting chair and decorative pieces.
From the living space you have direct access to the oversized patio, complete with; views of downtown, table for four, large hanging egg chairs, large sectional, a propane fire table, and turf.
The kitchen has a gas stove top, island seating for four, and all the bakeware, dinnerware, and cookware you need to entertain and live comfortably, whether your stay is long or short.
The bathroom is large and inviting, perfect for those who enjoy pampering themselves with a deep soaking tub as well as having a separate glass shower.
The two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the home. Offering;
Bedroom one: King sized bed, large TV, closet space, extra large windows, custom head board, cotton bedding, linen curtains, black-out shades.
Bedroom two: Queen sized Murphy bed, office chair, desk that extends to become a larger desk or to be used as a dining table when the Murphy bed is put up. Yoga mat, black-out blinds, closet space, views of downtown.
In addition to the above, guests will have;
- Air conditioning
- Secure underground parking
- Ground floor amenities, including a wine store, barber shop, cafe and flatbread restaurant
Getting around is a breeze in this centrally located condo. The easiest ways to get around being;

The patio is solely yours. There is a suite next door that has their own patio. They are not divided with a wall or fence, however the furnishings have been set up to divide the two from each other.

To make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive, we supply a thoughtful selection of starter essentials. These include:
- Powdered laundry soap
- Coffee and basic cooking staples (oil, salt, and pepper)
- Garbage bags
- Toilet paper
- Hand soap
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
Please note that these are provided as starter quantities to get you settled in; guests typically replenish based on the length of their stay and personal needs.
Our Cleaning Standards

If we’re unable to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, guests of Your Key are welcome to use our Guest Lounge at the office.

This service must be pre-arranged in advance, and the lounge is not open 24/7.
