The perfect destination for one (or two) families to settle in for relaxation and fun. Whether you are visiting for work or play, you will find everything you need to have a comfortable & enjoyable stay!
Located a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Edmonds/beach/ferry and 30 minutes to Seattle, you can easily get everywhere you want to visit. Edmonds is a chill, quaint walkable beach town you will love.! Visit Seattle by train or the Olympic Peninsula by ferry.
Through the front door, you will find the delightfully remodeled kitchen and living room. This space was designed with families in mind, with comfortable furniture and room for everyone to connect and relax.
Next to the living room and kitchen, you'll find 3 bedrooms with a full bath at the end of the hallway. Past the kitchen before going up the 1/2 flight of stairs to the large master, you'll find the laundry room and 1/2 bath. The master bedroom is like an oasis, with SO much space, including a reading nook that could be used as an spot to relax or extra sleeping space with the 2 twins/day bed.
The fenced back yard is the perfect size for playing and the covered patio is the perfect spot to enjoy outside in the shade.
About 1/2 mile from public pickleball courts, tennis courts, and pool.
Please note this home does not have air conditioning.

The kitchen is well appointed - we made a number of meals at home and found all the pots, pans, measuring cups, etc. needed to make the meals. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We will 100% stay here again when we are back in Edmonds.

Christmas time getaway

Great Home and Location

Owner maintains a terrific property. Edmonds is a great location to visit Seattle and will only improve as the rail expands north of Northgate. I would book this property again without hesitation.

Great Edmonds Stay

The house was very clean and neat, and had everything we needed for our short stay. The children's items (high chair, porta-crib, plastic dishes, toys) were especially appreciated. Our 5 year old loved the pirate bed! The house was a little smaller overall than we expected for our 5 adults and 2 kids, but again suited our needs nicely as all our activities were in Edmonds during our stay.

Great location and house

The property was clean and the house was stocked with paper products and cleaning products. There was even a bag of coffee and some snacks waiting for us! The property owner was quick to reply with questions. Edmonds is a nice area, close to Seattle for sightseeing. I would highly recommend this property.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our week in this house. It’s 35 minutes from Seattle so it’s close enough for all Seattle activities. We wanted to be close to our niece who lives in Shoreline and we were only 11 minutes from her so it made it very convenient. The house is stocked with just enough kitchen items. Sometimes houses are filled with too many accessories that I just have to move for my “stuff”and this was not the case here. They had just enough to give it some personality. We love being able to open the windows for the cool breeze. It was in the low 80’s and we were not too hot with no AC. They provide a lot of fans if needed. Our son is in a wheelchair and they provided a nice ramp in the back door for ease of enter and exit. Just verify door openings widths will work and that the bathroom setup will work for your specific needs. We were able to make it work for us - but it’s not fully accessible. Again, it worked for us so just ask questions and the Owners/Host will be happy to help like they did for us. But there was a lot of space in the living area and kitchen to navigate. 😊

Great Place!

This has to be one of the most fully equipped and supplied homes we've ever stayed in. A great place for a family with kids. One bedroom has a "pirate ship" bed as well as another bed that can be a king. It has books for kids to read, games, even a sound machine. All the supplies you need for the washing machine, dish washer, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and filters are all available, as well as some goodies to munch on. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave The back patio is a wonderful place to sit and has a fire box with dura flame logs supplied. We bought some wood at the grocery that is less than 5 minutes away and made S'mores several nights. The yard even comes with an evening visit from a rabbit. There are plenty of bath and kitchen towels, lots of hot water, shower gel, and toilet. We were there for a week and never needed to restock anything. It was cool while we were staying there but in warmer weather, there are a number of fans. I don't think the place has air conditioning but is adequately heated. The standard joke after staying here was that any place we wanted to go, except Seattle, was never more than 7 minutes away. Edmonds is a great place to visit, and I would highly recommend this house. The owners are very responsive and we have recommended it to other family members.

Seattle to visit adult kids

Home worked well for our family, adult kids and parents. Was able to barbecue, play games, good bathroom and bedroom setup. House was impeccably clean, laundry room handy. Everything worked. House is on a side street with similar homes, very quiet at night. Easy to get to harbor area and shops/stores, (5-10 minutes for most).

This house is spacious and quiet and comfortable. Located in the Westgate neighborhood at the tip of the Edmonds bowl, it's the perfect location to get to the beach (5 minute drive), Seattle (30 minute drive), or other day trip destinations (the hood canal, Stevens Ski resort, Canada, the San Juan Islands, Whidbey Island, Woodinville wineries to name a few).
The entire house was updated and remodeled in June 2022.

The 4th bedroom is up a half-flight of stairs and is an enormous master suite with private bathroom, sitting area and large closet. Tucked a bit apart from the rest of the house, it feels like a separate little retreat.
