CAUTION
Children from 4-12 years do not enter when booking, otherwise they will be charged as adults. You pay 6 € per night on site. Children under 4 years free.
In the winter months short-term occupancy also monthly.
Happy to guest lecturers or craftsmen on assembly etc.

For holiday guests:
Occupancy 2 to 4 people.
1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 small room (!only with curtain to the bedroom!), Fitted kitchen with oven and dining area, bathroom with tub / toilet and washing machine
TV, VCR, parking, bike storage,
Bed linen, toilet paper as well as detergent and cleaning agents included.

Prices for holiday guests:
Basic price for occupancy with 1-2 people per night as stated,
each additional person 15 € per night
each child from 4-12 years € 6.00 per night (do NOT enter children as adults in the booking request! Calculation extra)
Children under 4 years free
Pets, max 1 (by appointment only) 5 € per night

New bed linen and towels are provided after 14 days.
Final cleaning: You leave the house clean, tidy and swept clean.

If you need rest, from hectic everyday life, want to enjoy nature, in the garden or on extended hikes, through forests and meadows, smaller heath areas, need to cycle through enchanted villages or simply spend time with family and children in the garden or nearby If you want to spend the Hösseringer reservoir, then you've come to the right place!
The small house is in the tranquil heath town of Suderburg (UNIVERSITY LOCATION) has 60 m² of living space and is divided into 2 1/2 bright, friendly rooms, kitchen and bathroom / toilet.
The house is located on a small natural plot of land with a terrace with garden furniture, and a grill is at your disposal. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or find shade under old oak trees. The property is approximately 500 m² in size and is absolutely quiet at the end of a dead end. Shops are within walking distance.


Park
There is a parking space on the property for our guests. Bicycles, roof racks and the like can be stored in a shed on our property.

getting there
If you arrive by train to Suderburg station, we can offer a shuttle service for the 2 km by arrangement. There are also rental cars.
