A Great Week

This was awesome place to spend a week with our family. Great beaches are close by with awesome snorkeling and nice sandy beaches. It's a great central location to enjoy restaurants, shops and markets. Had a great time.

Wonderful stay in Napili

Fantastic apartment in Napili. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The anpa is not new but everything is maintained well and everything in good working order. Nice. All sorts of appliances in the kitchen. Beatiful view from the balcony. Easy walk to Napili Beach. We appreciated the Beach chairs and the beach umbrella. Very quiet everywhere. We would love to come back.

Perfect Sunsets

This was a great place to stay. The view from the balcony was amazing with perfect sunsets every evening. There were turtle popping thier heads up in the cove everytime I looked outside. Having the Ac units in the bedrooms were perfect. The rest of the place was great with just having the pario doors open and the ocean breeze cooling the common area and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utinsules, pots, and pans, and a microwave.

Lovely Stay

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week. The condo was clean and well stocked. The A/C units in the family room and bedrooms made the environment comfortable at all times. The views from the balcony are stunning. It was an short and easy walk to the beach and amazing snorkeling. We absolutely loved the location and will be back!

Paradise with excellent customer service

Although I stayed at Napili Point Resort for a work project, KBM worked with me to find reasonable accommodation in a short time frame. Their rental car offer is a great addition to the stay. Unit was clean and Customer Service was excellent throughout the stay. Very thorough check in and checkout communication.

Perfect spot for sunsets and snorkeling

Perfect location for snorkeling. Turtle cove, Napili bay and Kapalua bay are all walking distance. Condo was very nice. Loved the balcony. It had everything we needed. Kitchen supplies, beach chairs, beach towels and washer/dryer. Convenient to the Gazebo restaurant which is awesome for breakfast and lunch. Beds were comfortable.

Love Napili Point and Turtles

Great location for snorkeling! Walking distance to Turtle cove, Napili Bay and Kapalua bay. Loved the balcony- great for sunsets and whale watching. Condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach towels and kitchen wares. Gazebo -great breakfast and lunch spot is next door! Bonus!

Aloha life

The condo exceeded our expectations. Rooms were spacious with lots of places to spread out, unpack and make the condo feel like a home away from home. The lanai was our favorite space to relax and enjoy the perfect views. Kitchen was well stocked making preparing meals at home convenient and easy. The corner unit with lots of windows allowed for the ocean and trade winds to keep the condo comfortable. The use of beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest was an added benefit. The complex was very quiet and located in the center of all the best things West Maui has to offer. A short walk to lounging poolside, snorkeling with lots of turtles (Honokeana Cove) and sunbathing at Napili Bay. Dining and shopping a short walk or drive away. We are looking forward to making this our temporary home again!!

C37 Condo

I would not stay in this condo again. Its very dated and a lot of things just didnt work. The master bathroom is very hard to get into, a lot of the lighting and outlets dont work. The freezer feels like its gonna break everytime you get ice The kitchen needs a few more utensils. I just feel like this condos been neglected. The condo was supposed to be treated for bugs and they didnt show. We had to clear all surfaces.

We’re also sorry for the inconvenience surrounding the pest treatment. We understand that having to clear all surfaces in preparation for a scheduled treatment, only for the service not to take place, was frustrating. We’re disappointed that we were only able to provide a 3-star experience, but we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will continue working to ensure the property is properly maintained and comfortable for our guests.

KBM Resorts Guest Services was very good in proactively communicating, quick responses and generally making themselves available for any questions. Only shortfall was not specific to the rental unit itself, otherwise would be 5 star rating.

Great

Condo was amazing, only down fall is # of towels provided, and floors were not cleaned. Other than that beautiful views, great pool and had no problem checking in and out.
