This spacious end unit is located in a very quiet complex just across from beautiful Napili Bay, it is the beach lovers and golfers dream vacation home. Only 200 steps from beautiful sandy Napli Bay and 500 steps to Kapalua Bay Golf course. Contemporary townhouse upgraded with granite kitchen, wood floors (bamboo upstairs, maple downstairs), brand new luxury pillow top beds, designer high quality sheets and linens. No outdated old rattan furniture here, sorry.

En-suite Main Bedroom with King bed. Room #2 Queen bed. Room #3 option for 2 Twin XL beds OR can be converted to a King bed. See pictures for details.

Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are some of the amenities waiting for you in the spacious two car garage that makes it especially easy to load and unload your golf clubs, beach toys, snorkel gear or whatever else you find yourself enjoying while on this beautiful island.

Quick access to the best that Maui has to offer. If you want to observe sea turtles, you can see them from the shores of Honokeana Bay just south of Napili Bay - or you can jump in the warm water to see them up close. Just to the north, you can snorkel, scuba dive or even rent a sea kayak or stand up paddle board and explore the reefs at Napili and Kapalua Bays. And don't forget to body surf, boogie board, on the great sandy shores of Napili Bay. Great surfing is just a short drive north to Honolua Bay. The complex is also surrounded by the Kapalua Golf Club Bay Course. The Kapalua Adventure center offers many great trails for free hiking.

Various local businesses and many fine restaurants such as Merrimans at Kapalua, The Sea House at Napili Kai, are walking distance as well as, the 5 star, full service Montage Spa and Fitness Center at the Montage Kapalua Bay. A short drive are restaurants Sansei, The Plan tation (vrbo wonā€™t let me use it as one word) House, The Lobby Bar at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Royā€™s Kaanapali Grill and Bar, and many more restaurants at Kaanapali Beach are only a 10 minute drive. Plenty of casual dining options as well such as the famous The Gazebo, Fond, Joey's Kitchen, Maui Brewing Company, and a complete local grocery store, Napili Market, if you choose to grill or cook at your vacation home.

Great Place For Hawaii Vacation

My family of 5 stayed for a week at this condo and we loved it! Ryka is an amazing hostess and was very helpful during our stay. The condo was spotless when we arrived! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The grill was super clean. Literally less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to a second beach! You will really enjoy this condo!!!

Wonderful family vacation!

It was my husband and I, my son, his wife and 2 grandchildren (ages 5 and 7), along with my daughter. We all had nice sleeping accommodations. The location was near a wonderful beach. Ryka, the home owner, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, trying to make it as comfortable for us as possible. She had beach toys for the grandkids, plenty of chairs to sit by the beach and towels to use. And her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful for our first visit to Maui.

Great location

Our family stayed for the week of Christmas and had a great time. It was easy to check in and Ryka was very accommodating of our delayed schedule. She also provided us with several good recommendations of places to eat. The condo is very close to 2 beaches; one is across the street and through a group of condos and the other was a short walk away. We were able to get out almost every day and walk the Kapalua Beach Trail. so we could easily walk. It was nice to sit on the lanai and enjoy our morning coffee. the condo does sit close to a road so getting in and out was easy. We used fans to block the road noise when sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking (we ate in every night). The weather was perfect as well so it made our stay perfect. We would stay here again on our next trip.

Great Location, Great Property, Great Time (G3)

The property was extremely clean, great location and steps away from several beaches, great restaurants and a perfect location for the Sentry Golf tournament. We were personally met, and shown how easy the access to the beaches (literally walked us) to take out any fear of the unknown.

Wonderful place so close to Napili Bay!

This property worked out so well for my family. Having two adult children that each want their own room this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo unit was perfect for us. It gave us a nice living and dining room space to hang out together which you can't really do if you are at a hotel in separate rooms. Since it is a 2 story I really liked that there was a 1/2 bath downstairs. It's a very short easy walk to our family's favorite beach..Napili Bay. In the garage there were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogie boards for us to use as well as a full size washer and dryer. Parking situation was fantastic. The place was super clean and the kitchen was a good size and had everything you could need to cook meals. I liked the little private patio as well. Our host Ryka was quick to respond to questions I had before our arrival and she met us at the property when we got there to show us around and answer any questions we had. She was super nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with all the amenities one would need.

Our family enjoyed our vacation and loved being so close to the beach. The property was well stocked with everything from a full kitchen to the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel and masks. The owner was very easy to communicate with when we had questions.

Phenomenal Spot, Host and Neighbors

We made the pivot to get a standalone place vs resort for our family Spring Break and it ended up being the BEST decision for our latest visit to Maui. Napili beach is fantastic, chill waves, solid snorkeling and very convenient to have a restaurant to order from. Our host was very communicative, helpful and flexible. We highly recommend this spot and will 1M% be staying here again for future trips

Perfect location

Winter break at Napili

Great overall property, clean as can be, great VRBO host, and very convenient to a great beach for kids and families. Very developed part of Maui but close to less developed areas up north, and absolutely beautiful. Would stay there again for sure.

This rental checked every box: Responsive/attentive host, easy check-in, comfortable, modern and exceptionally well-appointed unit that was spotlessly clean. Great beds and showers. Steps to beach, with a garage stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and super comfortable condo at an awesome location

Ryka was an incredible host throughout the entire process from pre-booking to communication before arrival to meeting us IN PERSON to welcome us and assist with any of our needs. SUPER AMAZING location to everything that was important to our group. We loved the layout of the condo and everything we needed for our stay. Our Maui Stay

Ryka, is an excellent host! She will take care of any issues you may come across quickly. House is clean and ready and its very nice its across from the beach area. the only issue we ran into is due to its location and being a popular destination. There is a lot of road noise from 5AM to 10PM if you are a light sleeper like us, you will need ear plugs.

Great time in Napili!

We have been to Maui several times and decided to try something a little different- stayed in Napili this time. The condo was perfect for our needs! Definitely more than enough space for four adults, two young teenagers and two 9 yr old kids. The master bedroom is huge and there are two full bathrooms which are very nice (with a small powder room downstairs, too). We were especially delighted at all of the beach accessories that were available for our use! So convenient and fun. We saw a family of turtles literally on the sand in Napili Bay, and whales were breaking everywhere on our walks along the Kapalua Coastal Hike. Amazing! Groceries are available within a mile drive and the condo is also conveniently located to the Ritz (burger shack on the beach is 10/10), Merriman's (such good food and vibe) and just 20 mins from downtown Lahaina (front street for food and fun!) Location! I have lived in West Maui for 20+ years and this is the most epic spot. Weather is perfect, a little rain in the evening keeps it green, sunny in the day time, no harsh winds, consistently seven degrees cooler than Lahaina town keeps it the perfect temperature. A variety of things to do all in walking distance.

Besides being across the street from one of Hawaii's best beaches, I love my garage, it is a generous size per Hawaii standards! Many visitors like it as well because they can keep excess luggage, golf clubs, surfboards, or bikes they bring to Hawaii and keep their cars inside to keep the car cool.
