Wood look tile throughout except in bedrooms and bath. Patio with a privacy fenced backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals, from silverware to frying pans and has a full size refrigerator with water/ice in the door. WIFI and 2 smart TV's (70" in living area) to watch your own apps. Full size washer/dryer.
