Newly renovated 1 bed 1 bath 800+ sq feet condo + huge queen size and mega comfy sleeper sofa located inside the gated community Riverside Club. This condo boasts one of Marcos best views. If you enjoy watching boats and yachts of all sizes with the regular bonus of dolphins frolicking about youā€™ll love this unit, (binoculars provided for close ups.) Many condos on Marco Island squeeze 2 bed 2 bath in the same sq footage. This layout provides you with a very comfortable and open living space so you will not feel cramped. We also provide a workspace for those who need to stay connected, high speed wifi, 2 monitors, comfortable office chair and a desk that can be raised or lowered with the push of a button. If you prefer raise it up to make it a standing desk. The work station has been repositioned near the sliding doors so you can enjoy the view while you work. Iā€™d challenge you to find a better view from a work station šŸ§‘ā€šŸ’»šŸ¬šŸ›„šŸŒ“šŸŒŠā˜€ļø. The master has a king size bed with a brand new and very comfortable mattress. Bosch washer dryer combo located in one of the 2 bedroom closets.

Good communication by the host. Easy check-in. Great view of the bay. Good location in terms of being directly on the Bay and close to several restaurants in old marco. The only drawback of location is you need to drive to the beach and thereā€™s limited beach parking. We ended up having to park at a private lot which cost more than the public lots. The unit itself has been fully updated and is in good condition. Itā€™s a plus that thereā€™s a washer dryer in the unit. However, the dryer takes a long time to dry towels and doesnā€™t dry them fully. There was one beach chair, could use a second one. Overall, a very nice stay.

Loved our stay here - the apartment was spacious and immaculate, with everything we needed. Saw dolphins from the balcony at least once every day, and enjoyed the views. Definitely recommend staying here!

This condo was situated perfectly! The view was outstanding, we spent time on the balcony watching the pool, the bay, and the marina. We saw dolphins! We liked the comfy rocking chairs and outdoor couch (better than had it been table with chairs). It is on second floor with a close elevator and stairs were not far away either. The property is maintained beautifully. We had so many things within easy walking distance too. Our favorites included the Dolphin Tiki and Snook Inn but there were so many others as well. Walking felt very safe. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the temperature. It was nice that you could fish off the dock but you do have to go to the a tax collector behind the Publix to get a temporary license to fish. The Pelican Marina was so convenient for ice, drinks (it has a cute little bar) and bait. The staff was super nice as was the staff at the condo. We cooked breakfast at the condo and enjoyed brewed coffee although there was also a pod machine if thatā€™s your thing. The furniture was very comfortable and the TV was good as well. Oh, and the shower was heavenly too. Loved our time spent here.

Amazing Views!

Updated condo that checked all of the boxes for my wife and I, along with our two young children. Views are second to none and the pool/hot tub area was great. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Getaway

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! Everything was extremely clean & the location was wonderful! We loved the proximity to the pool & the property is beautiful! The condo was stocked extremely well with plenty of beach accessories, towels, kitchen necessities, etc! We ended up extending our stay another night because we loved it so much! We cannot wait to go back and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Had to have the handyman out 2 times and he did our dishes for us at one point which I thought was thoughtful but gross so had to hand wash everything on top of hand washing our dishes for the week .The place had potential . Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful view-waterway, boats and did see some dolphins. The place was roomy, cute and comfy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too! Anytime we messaged the owner, he would respond immediately. Marco Island was gorgeous and we will definitely consider coming again and staying here.
