Beach-inspired elegance on an upper floor in a quiet community. Recently renovated. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with extra sleeping space. Master has an en-suite bathroom. A second full bathroom serves the second bedroom and common areas. For dining, the eat-in kitchen counter and screened patio dining space both seat four. An extra bistro set seats two more.

As close as you can stay to the beach without paying to be on the beach! We offer our guests all the basic beach amenities including a pushcart, beach towels, multiple coolers, an umbrella for shade, and lots of toys and games for kids and adults alike. Itā€™s quick and easy to pack up and get going to the beach from our unbeatable location.

Our condo caters to short-term visitors as well as long-term snowbirds. Due to our close proximity, we often host visitors to Marco Island for events at the big hotels (JW Marriott, Hilton, or Marco Beach Ocean Resort). Our condo offers hotel amenities such as soap, a hairdryer in each bathroom, and an iron and ironing board. For wedding attendees, we have vanities in both bedrooms as well as full-length mirrors. For business travelers, we have fast WiFi and plenty of desk space. We often hear from guests that are glad they picked us over one of the high-priced and often overbooked hotels!

The kitchen has everything you will need. We have the basic eating and cooking utensils. A coffee pot, teapot, and a single-serve Keurig coffee machine are all available. The Crockpot and blender expand your options. We even have an electric countertop grill if unexpected rain interrupts your outdoor BBQ!

Rainy days can be passed playing board games or watching any of our three high-definition TVs. Watch HD Comcast Xfinity cable, or stream your favorite shows from Netflix and other apps on Amazon Fire TV. Alternatively, stream from your own devices on Google Chromecast. We also have an Xbox 360 with games that doubles as a DVD player.

Comfortably sleeps three couples, families of six, or four friends who don't want to share beds. There are four total beds in the unit:

Our king and queen beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The self-inflating air mattresses are comfortable and perfect for kids or adults on a short stay.

Beautiful Condo and Location

This condo is true to the listing. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has beautiful views. The unit was equipped with anything we could need during our stay. It is within walking distance to a few shops/restaurants, as well as a short walk to the beach. Greg was friendly, gave great information, and was quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great Condo with an AMAZING host!

Fantastic host! Condo was clean and well stocked with all the extras (special extras that you donā€™t typically find ~ beach cart, toys, trash bags, fans, etc.) The walk was short to the beach, beds were comfy, pool was perfect, and shopping and restaurants were close by. The perfect place for our small family! We had an amazing visit and hope to be back. Marco Island didnā€™t disappoint and neither did this condo nor the host. Top notch!

Convenient location within walking distance to the South Beach public access, restaurants, etc. Good amenities at the Grandview, screened balconies, outdoor firepit, patio area, pool and hot tub. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Spring Break Trip

Greg was great to communicate with- prompt and attentive. The condo was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, beach items, kitchen equipment, a cooler and entertainment items. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was about 10 min either direction and the beach cart was very appreciated. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. Weā€™d definitely stay here again.

Grandview Condo

This was very easy to locate, move into and enjoyable to stay in. Location was ideal. Building is older, could use some refurbishing but condo was very nice. Mentioned to owner about needed repairs and changes which he seemed interested in taking care of. Enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed here and thought the place was perfect. We enjoyed the upfront communication with the host and was impressed with the location, so close to the beach and short walk to great restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Everything you could want on Marco Island

Greg's condo is very nicely updated and extremely clean. The beach is a short walk with a convenience store on the way in case you need some last minutes items to add to the coolers provided with the condo. We enjoyed the pool but ran out of time to enjoy the pickleball courts.

Couldnā€™t have been better!

My husband and I rented Grandview 409 for the month of February. This property was perfect from start to finish. We loved the ease of check-in. Greg provided us with our own private code to get into the condo. We loved that we didnā€™t have to stop and pickup keys at a designated spot before moving in. There were two very nice carts available for us by the elevator to move all our stuff in which was a big help. The place was sparkling clean and furnishings just as expected. The condo was spacious and had plenty of linens and needed items like fans. The kitchen was fully equipped. The best part - the most comfortable beds! And my husband even remarked about the great linens. We have rented many times in Marco Island but only for a week at the Somerset across the street. We thought it was going to be hard not being right on the beach but we enjoyed every minute at the Grandview. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach either north or south. Getting there was a breeze because we were provided a beach cart which held our chairs, cooler and beach bag. Lots of other toys in the hall closet if needed. We enjoyed the pool on occasion and took advantage of the pickleball court. Also, spent many nights cooking on the gas grills that were provided and chatted with the neighbors. Greg was always accessible if we had any questions. We will definitely be back! It was one of the best vacations we ever had.

We loved this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We walked daily to the beach and to restaurants. The pool at the complex was heated which was great for the kids.

Beautiful Condo with an easy walk to the beach!

The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable! The entire property was well maintained, pool and hot tub were meticulously cleaned. The island felt so safe and I think you could eat at a different restaurant every night for a year! We will be back!
