This is a single-story home on a corner lot and has so many unique features. Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, and gorgeous wood floors. The garage features a game room with a wet bar and pool table. Every room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Fubo.



Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and all the essentials you need to make meals. The dining area has a large table that seats 6.



Living Room

The living room has two incredibly comfy reclining couches, a large flat screen TV, and is just off of the kitchen and dining area.



Master Suite

The massive Master Suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, and a beautiful newly renovated bathroom with an oversized shower, dual vanity and walk in closet. There are also 2 roll away beds stored here.



Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and has a queen bed and plenty of closet space



Bedroom 3

The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a full sized bed.



Bathroom 2

The second bathroom has a single vanity and full-size shower



Outside

Outside on the upper deck you will find plenty of patio furniture, hot tub and a gas BBQ grill. Down the stairs in the back yard enjoy the view of the water while setting around the stone fire pit with the whole family



Dock

The dock is located down a set of stairs behind the home, across the street and down a few more stairs. The dock features a 12x36 slip available for guests to use.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
