Welcome everyone to our beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom loft condo with a spectacular view! It has ample sleeping arrangements for up to 10-12 people. Our condo is just waiting for your family to enjoy at the very popular Ledges Condominium complex which is at mile marker 20.5 in the heart of Osage Beach.

Our condo is great for family gatherings! Look out over the deck into the quiet cove below. Get comfortable in front of our wood burning fireplace while watching the 42' flat screen TV w/DVD/VHS above. All bedrooms offer a separate space from the main living area w/internet and TV's.

You will be comfortable sleeping in the master bedroom on a King size bed. This room has cathedral ceiling, sliding doors that provide access to the deck, 32' flat screen TV w/DVD/VHS, and an adjoining master bath with double sinks, large mirror, bath/shower combo and convenient blow dryer.

Our spacious 2nd Bedroom with queen size bed and 32' flat screen TV provides you with cathedral ceiling, plenty of storage and a tranquil atmosphere.

The colorful 3rd bedroom is furnished with a day bed which sleeps 2 people and and has a TV.

Climb the 2 story spiral staircase to our large loft bedroom. There are two bunk beds which sleep up to 6 people, TV/DVD/VHS, ceiling fan and plenty of storage. We have many, many games to play, magazines and books to read for everyone to enjoy.

You will feel at home in our well equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. Enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee at the breakfast bar. And a new gas grill is provided for those who enjoy cooking outdoors.

Across from the main bath is a washer/dryer for your convenience with laundry detergent available. All fresh new towels and linens are provided.

The Ledges has (2) swimming pools for your enjoyment. One is located only a few steps away from our condo, and if you walk down the beautifully manicured waterfront path, there is a sandy beach that your family will enjoy great fun and relaxation. The second pool is located over looking the main channel with an oustanding view! We have a covered boat/jet ski slip available for rent. Your water craft can be launched at the marina located just blocks away from our complex. You can also rent various water craft from the local marinas, minutes away.
