This Palm Desert retreat is your gateway to a golfer’s dream. Just minutes from world-famous courses, you’ll enjoy stunning fairway views while you play and return to a stylish, comfortable haven to recharge for another day on the greens.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath home with mountain views has a spacious open floor plan with high ceilings throughout. Comfortable and fashionable furniture and wall art. The large kitchen has everything you need. Includes Washer and Dryer laundry appliances. TV in family room includes YouTube TV, Golf channel, Netflix, Max/HBO, Prime, Apple, Peacock, Paramount+ and Hulu for movie watchers. Each bedroom has wall mounted TV’s. The bedrooms are private each connecting to separate bathrooms. The Den is equipped with a double sofa bed. Wireless internet is provided throughout the house and pool deck. The house is very clean and well maintained. The secure gated neighborhood is quiet and nice for morning strolls or fitness walks. Park securely inside the airconditioned 2 car garage.

The private southwestern exposure backyard (lots of sun) includes comfortable furniture, covered pergola for shade or outdoor dining, a Weber barbecue that runs on natural gas (no propane canisters to worry about). In the privacy of your backyard enjoy the inviting saltwater pool and spa or brush up on your putting with the professional putting green before heading out for a round.

Evenings in the back yard can be magical. Enjoy dinner by the pool and watch the sunset over the Mountains. Sit back with your favorite beverage and let the hummingbirds entertain you as they battle over the flowers and feeders (hummingbird food provided).
There are endless things to do nearby. Golf, tennis, restaurants, and shopping. Walk one block to Bristol Farms grocery store, Sherman's Deli & Bakery, Starbucks and more.

Close to Joshua Tree National Park, The Living Desert Zoo, Botanical Gardens, College of the Desert, El Paseo, the River Mall at Rancho Mirage, McCallum Theater, Acrisure Arena, Agua Caliente and Fantasy Springs Casinos. Plenty of fine restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. Nearby Palm Springs Tramway takes you 8,516ft/2,597m above the desert floor to the best views and hiking around with over 54 miles of trails. You can trek 5.5 miles to the awe inspire peak of San Jacinto (10,834ft/3,302m) or take a one mile nature walk, or stay for lunch at the upper tram station lodge and enjoy the views right off the tram.
With all the things to do, don't forget to take some time to relax around the pool!

A wonderful comfortable home. Lots of relaxation and pool time. Great location to everything and In walking distance !! We have stayed many places in palms springs to find the best overall home and this is it. Hopefully it is available to return next year !!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay in this home, it was very nicely decorated, very well appointed and very comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was wonderful to come back to after golf each day.

Fabulous Home!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Nicely decorated, comfortable, with every amenity and extras one could ask for. You feel as if you are at your own home! There is a wonderful salt water pool and jacuzzi located directly out back with entries leading to it from the master bedroom and the family room/kitchen area. Great patio area for entertaining which includes several patio table and chairs, umbrellas and a BBQ. The home is located in an upscale, gated neighborhood, which is an added plus. Within walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc. We did not want to leave and are definitely planning our next vacation there!

Fantastic Experience

My husband, my dog, and I had a wonderful experience at this home. The pool was pristine, and we liked the fact that it was salt water! Besides the great weather, the location was superb! We could not believe how easy it was to get to everything we were interested in. It was our first time in the Palm Desert area, and we were able to relax totally. Great house. Very clean, comfortable bed, all the amenities you could ask for! A hint for the next guests, follow the black book that Scott put together and even a non-techie can use all the electronics. Very well done. Wish we were still there.

Outstanding Property and Location

My wife and I had opportunity to stay at this property and it was simply outstanding! Extremely well maintained, very well supplied and an outstanding location in Palm Desert. It truly felt like I was walking into my home. I have recommended this location to my family and friends and will not hesitate to go back. We had an awesome time at this Palm Desert property. This is not your typical rental, this place is fully loaded, comfortable, quiet and spotless. The property is located in a gated community close to grocery store, banking, Starbucks, golf, and probably one of the best pizza places in Palm Desert. Sitting poolside made you feel like you were at a high end resort. The owners were very helpful and always available for questions. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. we hop to visit again soon. Thanks Scott & Monique.

Perfect desert vacation!!

Our stay could not have been any better! The two of us and our little dog were so very content. Whether we were outside by the wonderful salt water swimming pool/spa, BBQing and listening to music with a cold beer. Or relaxing inside with the A/C and watching a show on one of several big screen tv's from incredibly comfy seating. Other things we loved: Having Bristol Farms Market right across the street, The huge kitchen (with everything you need), VERY comfortable beds and linens, great restaurants, great golf nearby & the putting green on site! Great sound system for tv indoors and music outdoors. Great decor, Quiet walks with our dog in the a.m. and p.m. (lot's of bunnies!) This lovely home has all the bells and whistles. We're Back!!!

We enjoyed our stay here so much last year that we didn't even scout out other locations or prices for our return to Palm Desert. This house is perfect! I didn't think it could be better than last year but everything has been refreshed. New warm colors on the walls, and the pool is sparkling. The location of the house is convenient to everything. Directly across the street is a very upscale grocery, Bristol Farms, and just a block away, the more reasonable Alberton's. The home has great space and a wonderfully open floor plan. This year the television was easy to operate, even for us old fogies. So clean, so cool, and so comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Great location and a warm welcome

What a great spot ! Everything you could want in a vacation home. We enjoyed the pool and tub every day !. Never could figure out how to watch TV but it didn't really matter because we were very busy having a great time.

10 days in relaxation paradise!

We stayed here August, 2011 and could not have had a more relaxing time. The house was better than the ad promised and in a perfect location for shopping and eating out. When we arrived, everything was ready for use and the pool was very clean. There is a binder with instructions for arrival, usage of the electronics and check out, all of which was appreciated. Scott was very pleasant to deal with, answering any questions promptly. We would love to stay again if the opportunity arises! Thanks a million for sharing your wonderful vacation home.

Beautiful Home

What a nice property. My wife and I stayed for two weeks in July and had a wonderful time. The house is nicely decorated and Scott and Monique have taken care of lots of little details that make your stay care free. The listing photos are very accurate to the appearance. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed paddling about in the pool lounger. Scott was very attentive to our questions as this was our first time renting through VRBO. There are several very nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but our favorite was the Yardhouse...hundreds of beers on tap! We will definitely return the next time we can get to Palm Desert.

Great Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. Great location-walk to Starbucks, Bristol Farms-up scale grocery store- and many other great local shops. The home was clean and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was on hand. We found the information booklet very helpful and Scott was willing to take calls anytime if needed. Pool, spa, patio and bar-b-q were excellent. We would go back and would definitely recommend this property. Very enjoyable!!!!!!

Excellent Holiday

Our family had an excellent time staying at the Brown vacation home. The central location is fantastic. We made quite a few trips to various tourist stops and we were constantly impressed with the central location of this beautiful home. The one stop we made that was a little further away (Cabazon) was also quick and easy to get too due to the ease of getting onto the interstate. We found there are a lot of extra's at the house that were not even advertised such as sun umbrellas, putters and golf balls, pool float chairs, to name a few. There is a renters guide with very easy to follow instructions regarding use of the pool, entertainment center, etc. Most of our time was spent relaxing in perfect weather. The family had a great time and leaving was very hard on everyone. We can't wait to go back and hope that this beautiful home is available as we would most certainly rent this property again. Thank-you Scott and Monique!!

Perfect Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this awesome home! In fact, we didn't want to leave. The location was ideal for shopping & golfing, as well as walking, running & biking. The house is newly decorated and very nice, but comfortable at the same time. The layout is perfect with an open floor plan, yet enough privacy as well. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and patio area and used the Ducane gas grill. The kitchen had all the dishes and appliances we needed to cook our own meals and avoid waiting at restaurants! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to vacation in Palm Desert - you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Scott & Monique! We hope to come back again soon!

Home Away From Home

This is not your ordinary vacation home. The owners have taken great care to furnish and decorate as if they were living there year round. Nestled in a picturesque gated community, the house is conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, Starbucks, and more. Short drive to shopping, dinner on the town, and scenic areas. If you choose to stay in, you will find everything to suit your culinary needs in the well stocked kitchen. Outdoor living is complete with pool & spa, gas barbeque, and putting green. Comfortable entertaining patio with plenty of seating and shaded areas. You are going to love this place! All the comforts of home with the amenities of a high end resort. We will definately be back - this luxury vacation home is at the top of our list.

Dream House

My husband and I have fallen in love with this house! It is perfect for everything we enjoy in the desert. The house is so tastefully decorated yet has that 'sink in' comfort factor. Every kitchen utensil imaginable, every type of glass for entertaining, it's there! We felt at home instantly. We could spend the day in the backyard entertaining friends or take off for a walk to lunch just a short walk away. Shermans is perfect for breakfast or lunch. Forgot a grocery item? Right across the street is an amazing grocery store, Bristol Farms - I could spend hours in there :) There is no street noise yet it's located with quick access to main street venues and the freeway for those day trips to the Outlet Mall or beyond to the coast. Scott and Monique were very responsive in their communication and we perceived their genuine interest in our complete enjoyment of their home. Would we return? We're already planning it! Palm Desert house on Via Scena

This house is in a perfect location and has all the amenities that one could wish for. Everything was clean and well maintained, as well as attractive. There are restaurants and groceries within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful vacation home - highly recommend

We fell in love with this home. This home has a wonderful open floor plan that is perfect for vacation living. The home is beautifully decorated but more important comfortably decorated. The furnishings are not only attractive, they are so comfortable. We stayed 18 days and appreciated the abundance of towels, sheets, pool towels, pool toys, patio furniture and BBQ.. Everything we needed was there. Appliances, dishes, cookware are all of high quality. The location is so convenient. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, Starbucks, cafes and delis. My friends and I loved ou...

My friends and I loved our stay in the Via Scena Home. Inside house was great but and we spent many hours outside in the saltwater pool and spa. The BBQ station has gas pump in. No chance for an empty tank. The rooms are nice and private each connected to a separate bathroom. The large Kitchen had everything that we needed. We used the free wireless to keep up with our friends. Perfect location, Great House for the price. Very nice .
