The space
Built in 2010, this is a two building custom post and beam property. The main house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, game room, media room, screened porch, and patio with BBQ and outdoor dining space. Entry through the foyer and mudroom. The carriage house has another bedroom, bathroom and living room. Large front and back yard. There are informal hiking paths off the back yard. Open floor plan, radiant heat, AC in bedrooms. Fast wifi for work and streaming (fiber broadband).

Set on 3 acres, the home offers privacy while being close to the main attractions of the Sunapee region. An abundance of outdoor recreation right outside the door. Mt. Sunapee Ski Resort is three minutes by car for skiing in the winter and Adventure Park in the summer. Enjoy Lake Sunapee waters at State Beach, a five-ten minute walk from the house. The SRK 75 mile hiking loop can be accessed nearby.

We have recently added a top-of-the-line 8 seater Jacuzzi. Enjoy views of Mt. Sunapee and our forested surroundings while you enjoy a soak after a day of skiing or hiking.

We offer an incredibly well-stocked gourmet kitchen with practically every cooking tool, gadget and utensil you can imagine, as well as extensive supplies such as oils and spices. The garage has a variety of equipment and inflatables for use on the snow and at the lake, including sleds, a kayak, SUP, noodles, inflatable rings, beach chairs, as well as other toys and activities for children and adults alike such as cornhole, giant Connect 4, giant Jenga, bocce, etc.
The house is well stocked with board games, children's books, pool, jukebox and two TVs (one in main house, one in Carriage House) where you can stream your favorite shows and movies from your Netflix or Amazon account. TV in main house media room also has DVD player and some DVDs to use during your visit. The jukebox has CDs or can be connected to your mobile device.
Security cameras capture exterior audio/video of house including: driveway and front door; garage doors; BBQ area and jacuzzi / back yard area for safety. Tampering with security equipment and related electronics will result in immediate cancellation of your stay by VRBO with no refund.
No pets/animals, no smoking of any type anywhere on the property, see house rules for more detail. No events. Please remove shoes and store in mud room/garage bench. Use mud room for entries and exits. The fireplace is operational during winter / cooler months only. Conveniently located near the John Hay Estate, Colby-Sawyer College, Mt. Sunapee Skiing, Lake Sunapee, and other local attractions in Sunapee/Newbury/New London.
