Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this spacious and affordable condo located just steps away from the Mt. Crested Butte ski village, where you can also catch the free shuttle into Crested Butte for additional food, shopping and activities! The condo is located on the first floor for easy access! The owner provides a free year-round locker at Butte and CO for guest use, which can fit two-three people's ski gear. This modern condo has been recently renovated and is perfect for cooking for a family or group of friends, as the kitchen is extremely well stocked and has very modern appliances! There is plenty of space in the living room for everyone to cozy up after a long day in the mountains. The property sleeps 6. The first and second bedrooms have twin beds and there is a king in the master bedroom.

Enjoy stunning views while soaking in the shared hot tub. Whether you are coming to ski in the winter or mountain bike and hike in the summer, this condo has everything you need at a great price.

The fireplace is currently not operable.

Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals!

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

**Parking: You will receive two parking passes for the property. There is no covered parking.**

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

**Please note: until confirmed with a deposit and executed rental agreement, vacation rental availabilities are subject to change. Each property is individually owned and/or managed.**

Fantastic place

Amazing location right at the base. Well stocked and easy to hop on the shuttle to town. Grill and pool area was great.

The unit is very roomy and comfortable and it appears that it has been updated. It is certainly close enough to the ski base area to walk and also to catch the bus into town. Carrying all of your equipment each time may be little bit of a chore. Having the locker available at Butte & Co. was a life saver. We had 2 longer and 2 shorter pairs of skis and were able to squeeze them into the locker. If you rent ski equipment at the ski base area, you can easily drop them off at this locker and not have to carry them back and forth to the unit. The washer and dryer are coin operated, quarters only, and are located down the hall from the unit. Please be prepared and bring change (1.50 per load). During our stay the water dispenser in the refrigerator did not work but the ice maker did work. Also, most of the water faucets were loose and some leaked slightly when used.I did notice from other reviews that the walls and ceiling were thin and it can get noisy. I wished I had paid more attention to this. Throughout our stay we could easily hear foot traffic, music/TV, and voices from the unit above. Overall our family had a good experience.

Great! Condo fits our needs.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was spacious and accommodated our needs. A quick ride from Town. Just had an issue the first evening with loud music and couldn’t sleep. The management company addressed it and the second night was just fine.

Awesome Stay in Crested Butte!

We had an awesome stay at the Evergreen. Condo was very spacious with plenty of seating. Large, well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy. Perfect location, only a short walk to the ski lift. Will definitely stay again! Thanks!

Property is walking distance to the slopes. Large and comfortable for a family. Other than the recliner not working properly, everything else was great!

Great Location- easy to manage

The location of this property is perfect for access to the mountain and the town shuttle. Condo is spacious and WELL STOCKED. Probably one of the best stocked places we have stayed. A little bummed the fireplace didn’t work- but not a deal breaker.

Awesome place! (A little noisy)

Awesome place that is so conveniently located near the lifts. Made it so easy to get to the mountain and down to the downtown in CB with the free shuttle. The only thing was it was a little loud from the people above us. The walls were very thin and we could hear them playing their guitars and partying until the early hours (like 2 am).

I'd stay here again!

We came into town with a ton of other friends to snowboard for a few days, but brought our children this time. This rental was SO much better than what the others had! First floor corner location was ideal for worn out legs, lugging our groceries, and even access through the blizzard to the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some sugar, spices, etc. Loved the decor and set-up of the condo! Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Super comfortable house with amazing views!

This house is perfect! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the porch and all inside areas because of all the windows. It came well equipped with enough soap, paper products, etc for our stay. The kitchen had plenty of glassware and plates for hosting our group. Each bedroom having its own en suite was super convenient. It felt like we were staying with a friend rather than at a rental. Highly recommend!!

Great space

Our family enjoyed our short ski trip at this property. It had everything you need and was easy check-in and check-out. You can tell that the owners care about this property. We were a little sad that the fireplace wasn't working, but it was still plenty warm inside with radiant heat throughout. We did hear our neighbors walking above us, but fortunately that died down around 10pm each night. We rented our skis from the shop that was in the same building, so that was super convenient and the walk to the slopes was very short and we had a ski locker that came with the rental, so we didn't have to carry our skis, boots, etc with us each day. That's a great resource. I would stay here again.

Cousins ski trip

Great location. 5 minute walk to slopes. Having a ski locker at the slopes was especially nice. Condos are dated but the proximity to the slopes makes up for it. Condo had everything we needed. Would be nice if the fireplace was operational. Park property management was very responsive and helpful. We had one issue with noise from upstairs renters who left music playing all night on NYE. Peak property management addressed the issue the following day. The walls are thin and you can hear the upstairs renters walking, TV and Stereo. With the exception of NYE this noise ended at a reasonable time.

We would never stay at this property again. There were several issues that we ran into. First, the instructions for parking and access to the building were very unclear, and it took us quite a while to figure out how to access the unit. Next, once we went inside the unit, we realized the toilet in one of the bathrooms was basically out of order. But the biggest issue was that this building is so poorly constructed that you can literally hear someone in the next unit sneeze. We could hear every conversation above, below, and to the side of us. We could hear the television from the units above, below, and beside us. We could hear people walking around in the unit above us. All of these noises were going on at all times of day and night. We got almost no sleep the entire time we stayed at this property. In the check-in information it said to be mindful of the permanent resident below but he was the main culprit on the noise, with loud TV until wee hours of the morning. There was no way to contact a property manager or owner outside of business hours. There was an emergency number to contact, but we were warned that we would be charged if we contacted it and it was not an actual emergency. The property itself was in decent shape, but could use an update. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but the beds in the other bedrooms were very hard. The kitchen was decently appointed, but the pots and pans were very worn.

In addition to the emergency line (which is intended to avoid non-urgent disruptions), we also provide a guest services number where messages can be left at any time,and we always ensure a prompt response. It’s disappointing to hear that your stay was affected in this way, especially as no one from your group reached out to notify us of these problems while you were here. We take guest satisfaction seriously, and we are committed to resolving issues quickly whenever they arise. We respect your experience and will use this feedback to improve, but we also feel it’s important to clarify that the review may not fully reflect the responsiveness and care we offer to our guests.
