Your condo is ideally situated to help you get the most out of your stay in one of the coolest towns in North America. Rated 'the best ski town in America,' as well as the 'last great ski town in Colorado". It is internationally ranked for its mountain biking and there is always something fun for everyone.

If you have stayed here before, welcome back! If this is your first time with us, welcome! We hope you will consider us for your upcoming vacation destination.

We continue to work hard to make our condo the best short-term rental at a reasonable price in this world-class mountain setting.

* IF you are looking for a hotel vibe, unlimited laundry supply, or feel like you need a party place for a few days, we are NOT your place, this is our home. We ask for respect for our property, our neighbors who live here, and our cleaners who work above and beyond for each new guest(s). We are strict with our policies. We work hard to allow our guests to enjoy and respect our home and we expect the same in return. We also provide 2 parking spaces for our guests. One in our parking lot and one in our garage.

With our condo having great proximity to the ski lifts as well as nearby activities for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing to name just a few, you will not be disappointed. Leave your car in our heated garage and take the free shuttle bus from the mtn into town for the rest of your stay while vacationing in our home.

* Location!!! Your condo is only 100 yards across our private footbridge to the base of Mt. Crested Butte, 2 express chairlifts, restaurants, and the free town shuttle. Yes, there are stairs.

* A commercial 10-person hot tub is only 30 steps from your front door (we've counted). BEST hot tub view in all of CB.

HOT TUB: TEMPORARILY-SNOWCREST condo will not have an operating hot tub from 3/6 - 5/29 due to replacement parts and ongoing repairs.
Seasonal Closure during off-season, beginning Oct. 1st, and will reopen Thanksgiving week.

* Views! The majestic Mt. Crested Butte and Whetstone is the centerpiece view from your private patio with a custom-made bar along with 3 bar stools.

* With vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, this gorgeous little condo will not disappoint.

* Wood fireplace and freshly stocked wood for every renter!

* 60" Smart TV with a wide array of streaming services and apps. We just ask our guests to log into their own accounts when they arrive. We have plenty of board games to keep you, your family, and/or friends entertained after a full day of outdoor activities.

* Open floor plan on 1st floor and very spacious.

* Peace and quiet. One of the quieter complexes on the MTN. But you can always walk across our Snowcrest footbridge to great restaurants and nightlife.

* Two "twin" beds in the loft The kids will love it up there. A little smaller in room size being the loft but very cozy. New furniture, brand new windows with an egress window escape for safety, and a TV w/ a Roku stick for streaming, a DVD player, and plenty of movies.

* For everyone's safety and peace of mind, we've recently installed a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the outside front entrance only. This helps us ensure that house rules—like respecting the guest count and keeping our home pet-free—are followed, making it a comfortable experience for all guests.
