Mid Century Home w/ Outdoor Living

Welcome to our mid-century home! Located on King Avenue in Normal Town, this house is walking distance from popular restaurants and bars on Prince Ave and Downtown Athens. The house has two private bedrooms, two sleeper couches, and one bathroom. Out back- there is a great outdoor living space with a deck and screened in porch outfitted with an outdoor kitchen and dining space. Our backyard is fully fenced in- and great for kids! We have fast wifi- and a large driveway for many cars! The home is a one-story home built in the 1950s. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated, and the porch and deck are less than two years old. There are two bedrooms- each with a double/queen bed. The sofa in the living room converts into a king bed, and there is a futon in the office which can sleep one adult or two children. Linens will be provided for both sleeper sofas. You will have the whole house to yourselves. The backyard is private, and the driveway is direct access from the street. There is also free street parking across the street from the house for overflow. There will be a contact that you can call with any needs, and onsite assistance can be arranged if needed. Normal Town located in the heart of Athens. It is an easy 15 minute walk to the Normal Town center of Athens or 30 minutes to downtown Athens. Everything is about a 5 minute drive! This is our home! We take care of it as best as we can, and we expect our guests to do the same.
