Located near Schuss Mountain, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, and downtown Bellaire, this cozy condo comfortably sleeps 10 guests and includes access to the Sawtooth pool during designated summer hours , a Lakeview Pool pass can be purchased prior to your stay for access, fast WiFi, free parking, and a fully stocked kitchen.

The Space:

The 2 large bedrooms each have a private entrance, patio and bathroom. Wood burning fireplace and electric heat for winter, and wall air conditioner units cool the condo quickly. A full kitchen in the shared space is great for entertaining and each private room has its own small kitchenette and coffee station.



Guest Access:

We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the lower floor of the building-you will have to travel down stairs-there is no elevator or ramp available. We look forward to hosting you :)

Nestled in the heart of Northern Michigan at Shanty Creek Resort, our Bellaire condo offers easy access to year-round adventure and relaxation. In the winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Schuss Mountain, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and cozy après-ski evenings. During the warmer months, guests can explore Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, championship golf courses, hiking and biking trails, kayaking, boating, wineries, and some of Michigan’s most beautiful fall colors. Downtown Bellaire is just minutes away and features local favorites like Shorts Brewing Company, unique shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and family-friendly activities. Whether you're planning a ski trip, golf getaway, lake vacation, or relaxing Up North escape, Bellaire is the perfect Northern Michigan destination in every season.



Getting Around:

Getting around Bellaire and the surrounding Northern Michigan area is easy by car, with free parking available at the condo and most attractions just a short drive away. Guests can quickly access Shanty Creek Resort amenities, Schuss Mountain ski slopes, golf courses, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, hiking trails, wineries, and downtown Bellaire. Some of our favorite local activities include spending the day on Torch Lake, enjoying craft beer and live music at Shorts Brewing Company, golfing at Shanty Creek, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, exploring nearby wineries, and taking scenic drives during peak fall color season. For day trips, Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey are all within driving distance and offer even more shopping, dining, beaches, and outdoor adventures.



Other Things to Note:

To access this condo you will have to travel down stairs-there is no elevator or ramp available.

You will have access to multiple pools depending on the time of year:

*Sawtooth Indoor Pool: only available the last Friday of December until the beginning of April. The pool is located between the building 3 and 4 (second driveway on the left past your building). The entrance is between units 555 and 557. Your pool access code will be written on the chalk board in the condo.

*Lakeview Pool: The lakeview key card will be placed in the kitchen and must be returned to the kitchen. Loss of this card will result in a $2,800 charge. The indoor pool is open year round 9am-11pm and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am-11pm.



Interaction with Guests:

If you need assistance during your stay, the fastest way to reach us is through your booking platform messaging system (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Hopper, etc.). You are also welcome to text us directly — please include the condo you are staying in and the name on your reservation so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Our team is fully staffed Monday through Friday, and we also have an after-hours emergency team available for urgent situations.
