This property is fantastic! Tucked away towards the back so you never hear the hustle and bustle of the beach but still close enough that the walk to the ocean is a brezze. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend this to anyone I know.

The pool was wonderful!I swam everyday, along with joining the ladies for an hour exercise Everyone I met at the pool were friendly & enjoyable. The bathroom was clean! I will say, the Caterpillars are nasty!

Thank you for staying at our condo. The full-time owners are a very fun group of people! Apologies for the caterpillars, that was a temporary thing that impacted several condo communities in the area.

Quiet townhouse near the beach

Stayed for 3 nights in this 2 story townhome. Close to everything NSB! Clean and comfy! Enjoyed the pool and near by beaches. Plenty of “supplies” if you need a beach towel, chair, umbrellas. Kitchen has all you need and kids enjoyed the Xbox and coffee table games.

Great location and cute property!

Had some issues at the beginning with AC not working very well and ice maker broken, but the owner and property manager were very responsive, especially with it being a holiday week (4th of July)! I understand things happen, but the speedy response of the owner made it all good!

Nice haven to return to at the end of the day.

The property had seating out side on a patio above the screen room that we enjoyed sitting and enjoying the sunset. Comfortable living room furniture and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Very responsive host and property manager on site. Surrounded by trees and shrubs making the condo feel secluded and private.

Fantastic Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bahamian Club! The unit was clean and had everything we needed to make a few meals during our stay. Beach towels, boogie boards and umbrellas were available for our use at the beach. The beach was a short walk, although the regular pathways were still closed due to storm damage the previous year. The check in/out process was easy and Shane was readily available when we had questions. He checked in on us during our stay and offered suggestions on places to dine and just hang out. We would definitely stay again if ever in the NSB area!

Great Enclave!

I cannot say enough good things about the host and this rental home. Across the street from the beach, the 2 story unit is tucked away in a beautiful enclave of tropical Florida foliage, plants, and flowers. The whole property is spotless and very quiet. The unit itself is beautifully furnished and decorated and imminently comfortable. The host checked on us frequently and directed us to great restaurants and beach accesses. The month flew by and we were sad to leave. Highly Recommended Property! Thank You Shane Brode!!!

Property was great, it has everything you need and more. The condo was very clean and very comfortable and big. It was really beautiful. The lady in the office did not communicate very well, thankfully we got there before 4pm otherwise we didn’t even know what number it was. We had to keep asking her about the cleaning fee because we need to pay We didn’t use the pool for the 1st days because we didn’t have the pool code either at the beginning. The location is great! You can walk to the beach!

Long Weekend in New Smyrna Beach

This condo was perfect for our weekend away! It was so clean, very well equipped and the layout was perfect for our group. The bedrooms being upstairs allowed the early risers (me) to get their day started while hers slept in a bit. The roof top patio off the bedrooms was an awesome feature that we enjoyed in the evenings. Although this condo is in the quieter area of New Smyrna it is located right next to a great little shopping center that has a small supermarket, gym, three great restaurants, bar, liquor store and an ice cream shop. It about a five minute walk from the condo to the shopping center. That was a HUGE plus! I also have to add that the host was very responsive. I failed to read the check in instructions completely and had a little hiccup upon arrival. Shane immediately responded to my call and I was able to get in to the condo quickly. For so many reasons I would highly recommend this place when you’re visiting New Smyrna.

the house is nice

The house is VERY nice. All beach access points close to the house are gone. You have to drive at least 1/2 mile to get on the beach. They’re also a hidden cleaning fee hidden in the property details. I got a text saying that I had 3 minutes to get to the office to pay this fee before they closed. I did not see this fee or I wouldnt have gotten this place. VRBO said all fess and taxes were included in the price. The property manager told me that this house is the only one that chargers this seperate fee and they agreed that it wasn't right. They also charge an additional 4% fee if you use any card. Of course I didn't bring my check book and I had to get a money order on my vacation. I was not happy about that.They told me every person that rents this condo complains about this beacause they dont see the fee either. We also never got any call telling us how to get into the condo and absolutley zero clean-up and leaving instructions.

Thank you for the feedback. I would like to take a minute to address some of the concerns in your review. First, please note that this stay was completed in May, at the time of your stay there were limited beach access points due to the recent hurricane; currently ALL beach access has been restored. There are two public beach entrances within .5 mile, walking distance, from the condo. Also, there are no 'hidden' fees. It is clearly stated that the cleaning and admin fees are collected separately both in the property description and again in the confirmed booking email sent through VRBO messages. However, to help elevate any confusion at the time of check in, we have started to offer the opportunity to pay these fees in advance via one of the many 'cash apps' most people utilize. Finally, thank you for pointing this out, I will certainly address the clean-up, check-out and leaving instructions with the onsite property manager. -Shane

The check list for check out was ridiculous... What did I pay a cleaning fee?? One set of sheets had to be clean with only one dirty towel and a 2nd set of sheets.Based on the property manager, I certainly hope I'm not going to receive any additional charges.We had 20 minutes to remove a the golf cart.Never again!

Apologies... the check-out requirement list only contains four things: 1. Please leave only the bed linens and towels used on the day of departure. Please keep laundry up to date. (It does not mention only one set of sheets) 2. Leave no dirty dishes in the unit and remove all food items which you purchased for your stay. 3. Remove all trash from the units and place in the dumpsters. 4. Place the thermostat to cool and at 78 degrees. I don't think that is too much to ask. Also, the Rules and Regulations document you received at check-in states that golf carts and ATVs are not permitted in the community. That policy is for both owners and renters. I'm sorry for the confusion.

This townhouse was everything it was advertised as pictures were spot on. Close to beach, restaurant and ice cream shop within walking distance. Kids had a great time. Owner very responsive. FYI There is an additional fee for house cleaning and admin fee. But it was worth it just beautiful! Thank you
