This unique 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation rental offers a 2-car garage and is located in the luxury townhome community, Cearra Del Ray. Located on the west side of A1A, this home sits between two beach accesses on 19th and 20th Avenue and offers a beautiful resort-style swimming pool with an outdoor shower area. Cearra Del Ray's convenient location allows for easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment venues, and all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. You will love this quiet, beachside retreat!

Art lovers and beachgoers alike will love this beautifully spacious townhome. The Cearra Dey Ray features over 2,000 square feet of living space, an open floor plan, tile throughout, and 2-levels of luxury living. This tastefully decorated townhome features beautiful artwork and special touches throughout.

Located on the 2nd level, the spacious living room offers a leather recliner sofa, large smart TV, and sliders to the balcony offering sneak peaks of the ocean. You will love the large gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals for the family. The dining room, just off the kitchen, offers plenty of seating for everyone with additional seating at the kitchen island for four. Located on the second level on the on the other side of beautiful French doors sit the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and full bath located just outside in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs on the first level, guests will find the master suite. This room features a king-size bed, desk, and sliders granting direct access to the patio. The private spa-like bathroom features a large walk-in closet, granite countertops, jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

The Artsy Adobe features cable TV, WiFi, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and all your linens are supplied. Beach essentials include beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella with a beach cart to pull those items to the beach. Family fun items include board games and books. This well-equipped townhome also features a queen size Aerobed Air Mattress allowing for additional sleeping arrangements for 2 additional guests. 8 guests max. Bring your furry friend along! This unit is pet-friendly, 20lb max.

Great, relaxing vacation

This property is rated A in our opinion!It is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and there is nothing that the owners haven't thought about to make available to renters who enjoy their home. The owners were SO easy to communicate with and they were so responsive any time we reached out to them. Very short walk across the street to the beach and the pool is right outside the back of the home ---- 3 steps from the garage! Absolutely a wonderful place to stay and we'd love to stay again when we are in the NSB area! - Kim (June 2025)

Wonderful stay

This house was just beautiful! We had a great time staying here and the pool was right outside the garage! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Dennis, Adia, and Donnie were very easy to communicate with. I couldn't have been any happier with this experience! Thank you!!

This property is about the nicest that we have yet to visit.Everything at the unit was available from siverware to surf boards. A very nice surprise gift was waiting upon our arrival. Reminded us of past cruises when we arrived.This unit is pet friendly, so our little 18 month puppy was happy with the grassy surrounding at the property.

This is an outstanding property that is very clean and whose owners are very responsive to any questions. The kitchen is well stocked and every bathroom has plenty of towels and soap. It is located in an ideal location in New Smyrna Beach and within five minute walk to the beach. There are multiple places to shop and eat within 10 minutes. My family and I have been using VRBO for over a decade and these owners are the most responsive and pleasant that I have dealt with. This is now the place I will always try to stay when visiting my in-laws.

Outstanding Rental

The property was outstanding! The property was accurately described, well maintained and clean. The owners were responsive and super friendly. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay great. The rental had the best kitchen supplies, outstanding supplies of items for the beach, great supply of towels and bedding. The rental was located close to the beach, which was perfect for our family. Great information provided on local attractions and restaurants. Cannot say enough great things about the rental property! Definitely a FIVE star rental!
