This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, condo has a large oceanfront balcony with wonderful views and has access from the living room and master bedroom. This unit can comfortable accommodate 10 with 2 kings, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa.

Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Staying in the Crescent Shores Resort offers an incredible ocean front vacation experience that will create lasting memories for your family vacation.

This luxury unit has sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom to the oceanfront balcony with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and all 3 bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's. There is 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condo was very clean . Shower handle in hall bath was very hard to shut off. Crockpot is not working properly. Toaster could be updated. Great maintenance response. The slider is a little easier to open. We would definitely return to this condo.

Don’t waste your money

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with the positive first. The room is a great size and layout. We were able to fit 6 adults and 1 child comfortably. Full size washer and dryer in the room was great. The location of the resort was convenient, but very congested only in this particular section because the public parking lot and walkway was located right next door. A little farther in either direction was way less crowded. Now for the negatives. The pool is too small to accommodate a resort of this size so we never even bothered to go to it. It was packed and therefore filthy with sand from people going back and forth from the beach by mid morning. The balcony is gorgeous and furniture on it nice but someone on another balcony was smoking cigarettes and weed on theirs at all hours. It made it difficult to enjoy sitting out there if you are a non-smoker. The room itself was not very clean at all. The bedrooms all have carpet that was disgusting. The main bedroom especially had an overwhelming smell of cat urine or ammonia. You couldn’t take your shoes off at all. There were 2 vacuums in the room which we tried to use to help, but neither of them worked and just made it worse. The couches and chairs were stained so bad no one wanted to sit on them without putting a blanket over them first. The parking garage was a nightmare. It’s across the street. There’s a single handicap spot on the same side as the building, the rest are unloading and for owners only. I had to walk my physically disabled daughter across the busy street any time we left. We were also told no trailers or motorcycle's, but never told overhead carriers wouldn’t fit in the garage. There are too many options to pick from in the area, go somewhere else.

The kitchen could have been better the toaster needs up dated and have stayed other condos where the kitchen was better stocked. The extra blankets need washing.

Wonderful experience

Loved our condo, great location, clean inside and out. We had one minor issue that was courteously and speedily rectified, which we appreciated very much. I would happily stay there again.

Not Friendly

The rental agency wrote their check-in/check-out procedures and rules in a very unfriendly manner and tone. The property employees were inconsiderate - they came to our unit to tell me to move my car WITH THE HANDICAP TAG from the Handicap parking space because I didn't park ACROSS THE STREET. Yea, I'm not staying here again or using this realtor/property management company.

Retreat to the beach

The condo is light, pretty, clean, well-equipped in the kitchen, and has a beautiful balcony. The decoration is lovely. We had an easy, quiet, peaceful time!

Great Location

The condo was very nice but was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. You can see the dirt on the ring of toilet bowl when you walk into the master bath, yuck! The dryer’s lint trap was so full that the lint was spilling out. Dirty cooking utensils had to be rewashed. If this was my condo I would certainly fire the cleaning staff because they are getting paid to do nothing. Overall, the size suited our needs and had a great view of the ocean.

Nice place to visit

We felt the furniture could have been a lot cleaner. But layout of the condo was great. Parking lot was challenging with a larger vehicle to manuever but great amenities Overall great vacation.

Beautiful view!

Pleasantly surprised with the check in process and loved the view of the beach and ocean. The full moon glowing across the water reflected wonderfully for amazing evening relaxation on the balcony. Amenities were nice and the unit was very clean. Well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In all our visits to Myrtle this has been the worst! Building is under construction which was not disclosed before renting. Noise, hammering and grinding all week starting at 8am. It was so bad we had to leave and find things to do to keep our sanity. Couldn't use the balcony. Pool was closed. Discounted rate because of the construction... yeah right. Ice maker didn't work. Handicap people struggling to find places to park/unload. Threatening to fine us $250 because we parked in the wrong spot. Other guests being complete jerks. We won't be back. STAY AWAY

Horrible experience

The property was under construction during our stay, while the property manager states it was in the listing and the outside was being worked on and the parking lot would be closed as well by as one pool, they did not further state the horrific noise we endured for a week. Jack hammering, grinding, the balcony was closed, while it did state the parking lot was closed, it didn’t state that the walkway was also closed and we’d have to enter thru scaffolding and around fencing. Doesn’t sound so bad until you’re lugging luggage for 6 people for a weeks stay. This also meant very limited handicap accessible parking for the two handicapped individuals in my family, one being autistic (my son) who had to endure the horrific noise that we were told was taking place outside; yes it was outside, it reverberated into the condo for a week causing him to miss online school, wear noise canceling headphones, and try to hide. The property management company had zero sympathy, they seemed to forget about the ADA. Now let’s move on the cleanliness. It was gross. When we discovered that the ice maker wasn’t working and went to investigate by pulling the refrigerator out we discovered mouse urine and droppings, and no the ice maker never did work. You could write your name in the dust on the surfaces including lamps, and headboards. Black mold in the master shower, black mold around the toilet tank lids, hair in the beds the first time they were turned down. Vehicles over 6’6” don’t fit in the g
