In my description of the property I mention that there is a short walk to the ski trail for easy access to the chairlifts, or a free shuttle service that is offered on the weekends. As far as the coffee pot is concerned, I let all of my guest know there is a full box of Keurig coffee pods for use during your stay. The "Horrible" weather is not controlled by the condo owner.

Thank you for recognizing the peaceful location, remodeled bathroom, kitchen amenities, and our responsiveness. We are sorry the property did not meet all of your expectations. The entry keypad was functioning properly, and we helped you access it by phone after walking through the correct procedure. When you reported that the bedside lights needed batteries, we arranged for a neighbor to deliver replacements within 30 minutes. We appreciate the additional feedback about the fixtures and will inspect them, along with the fan, stove, dishes, and couch. For clarity, the property's layout, bunk beds, and pull-out sofa are described in the listing. The pull-out sofa provides an alternative to the upper bunks. Unfortunately, regional wildfire smoke affected conditions during your stay and contributed to your request to change the reservation dates and your decision to depart early. While outdoor air quality was beyond our control, we understand that it affected your experience. We take cleanliness and maintenance concerns seriously and will address the items raised.
