Summer vacation with Wife

The condo was very clean and a/c was on and kept the place cool everything was neat and organized in condo the view from balcony was perfect the balcony furniture was very nice for our morning coffee. We enjoyed the condo and will use it again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay for four nights, the property was very clean and comfortable. The condo is well stocked with all essentials and the wifi and TV is great as well. I would definitely go back for a longer stay!

WONDERFUL STAY!!

The condo was awesome! Great location for sunrises on the balcony in the morning. It had everything we needed in the kitchen...even a keurig machine! We will definitely be back.

Perfect view

This was my first time staying in this particular building and I loved it. Great access to the beach, and since I was by myself it was nice to be able to park in a gated garage. The unit itself was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

4 Days in South Pasre

We had a great four days, the balcony has amazing views and is nice and private. The condo is well stocked, comfortable and clean. Excellent communication and the check in and out process is quick and efficient. Would definitely consider another stay here in the future.

Great time

We had a great time while staying at this condo. Space was perfect for my wife and I and the morning sunsets and access to the beach was great. Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful thru the entire process. We did have a few issues with the facility but these were outside of the owners control.

Gulf view from your balcony is breath taking!!! Sunrises are glorious!!

Perfect for a couple! Second time at this location and this unit is the best. Updated decor is very “beachy”. The view of the Gulf from your balcony is fantastic! It’s as if you are sitting on the beach!! Sunrises are spectacular! Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!

Amazing

This was exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. Blue Ocean had the rental unit all set up for us before we arrived! Beautiful views of the ocean and very comfortable condo for us to enjoy! The portal was easy to navigate with a ton of helpful information about the unit and things to go on the island. We are already planning our next adventure and plan to stay on another Blue Ocean rental unit.

My wife and I have been coming to South Padre for over 20 years and we have stayed at “Inverness” approx 15 times. Rod & Rosa have done a great job providing everything needed, without over decorating or over furnishing the unit. Often times there is too much furniture and we have to rearrange things to make room for our stuff. Not here - this place is VERY comfortable, including the furniture and everything is well thought out!

Great location

The host were on the spot. The only complaint I have is the facilities maintenance as the Hot Tub needed attention and the area where you wash the sand off your feet needed to be cleaned.Both needed attention but this is not the Host fault. This was our first time to ever go to South Padre Island and the location and set up of the condo we chose was just perfect for us.

Quick Beach Trip

The condo is perfect for two. The view is unbeatable for chilling & watching the waves. Kitchen has all necessities and ice maker pumps the ice. Bedroom is dark & quiet. Lose sense of time in there. Enjoyable time & will be back! Not owner’s fault - if you or someone in your group has mobility issues please check on current status of elevators.

South Padre Island Getaway

Our condo, located on the Gulf, had an amazing view, especially from the large balcony. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well stocked, but there was a very limited supply of toilet paper and toweling. We would have appreciated some card or board games to play inside, but there were lots of beach toys in the balcony chest. Inverness itself needs lots of improvements: only one elevator was working, the entrance to the beach was very dirty (no boardwalk), and the garage parking was too tight for a pickup or large SUV.

Elevator

Elevator didn’t work the first and last day. We were on the 5th floor. Floor was dirty. No cleaning supplies or I would have cleaned myself.

Hello Marcy, Very upsetting to have a guest living with poor housekeeping when all you had to do was call us while you were here for us to fix whatever issue you had. We would like to see these things even though we go there to inspect our HK job every time they complete their task. When a person leaves a review like yours without complaining while they are here, I marked it questionable. Please look at our thousand reviews. Otherwise, we hope you enjoyed our beautiful island! Excellent value

The condo was a wonderful experience. The appliances are current, and the furniture was comfortable. The view is spectacular! Our only snafu was the only operating elevator was down for about a half day, so had to use the stairs. This was not a problem as we needed the exercise anyways, and the elevator was back in service when we needed to vacate and haul our belongings down. The building is a bit older, so this is expected to happen from time to time. We will definiately be returning to this property when we can.

The Perfect Stay in SPI!

I had stayed in this condo several times under previous ownership, but Blue Ocean has made it even better. There is not a single thing I would change. There is not a single thing that could make it better. Spacious, clean and everything in working order, an incredible balcony, and a perfect location. But that's not all. Rod and Rosa are perfect hosts. I had car trouble when it came time to depart and within MINUTES, Rod and Rosa sent help that got me on my way. They didn't have to do that. But they did. Next time I visit SPI, and it will be soon, I won't even think of staying anywhere else. Do yourselves a favor.

Amazing Condo, Amazing Location!

5 plus stars (*****+) for this wonderful unit! RIGHT on the beach, peaceful and safe location, and awesome views of gulf sunrises from HUGE balcony on the 5th floor! Great communication from manager, easy checkin and checkout, unit furnished very well and good value overall. Looking forward to returning soon.
