Regarding the odor in the garage, we want to clarify that we have a strict no-cat policy in place. We immediately sent our cleaning crew to address your concern, and while they did deodorize and spray the area, they reported that they did not detect the smell themselves. To ensure thoroughness, we conducted a follow-up inspection after your departure and also did not find any lingering odors. Nevertheless, we regret that this situation impacted your stay. We apologize for the disturbance caused by the roofers. We were unaware of their scheduled visit. We understand how disruptive this must have been, especially given your night work schedule. Regarding the issue with the bobby pin in the comforter, we are deeply sorry for the discomfort it caused you. As explained, we do have a bobby pin in place to hold the duvet cover in place.
