Fantastic location in quiet Mulvey street, tucked away but close to everything. Charming historic cottage has been lovingly updated with the latest of modern comfort and convenience. Located in Henry Flagler's Model Land Company area, it is only a short stroll to the old town and all that St Augustine has to offer. Perfect location just steps away from most St Augustine attractions. Walk to many restaurants and bars as well as museums and the famous fort. Spend the day exploring with no worries about finding parking. We offer parking options on the property for your convenience. It is only a short drive to several gorgeous beaches and other local activities. This is an ideal vacation destination regardless of the time of year.

The home has a private and peaceful feel of a past era despite being in the midst of the downtown action. Enjoy sitting on the front porch rocking chairs or enjoy the private, fenced back yard and deck for dining al fresco. Gorgeous updated kitchen and baths and cozy queen sized beds will ensure a restful stay. All the basics are provided. The home has been thoughtfully decorated with emphasis on comfort and convenience. Parking on site for up to 2 compact cars (parked alongside the home in a narrow space) and a priave parking space in the fenced in back yard. There is also free street parking (first come first serve) and a pay city garage a short walk from the home.

The location is second to none being a short walk from St George Street, the historic Fort, museums and countless restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect location for special events like July 4th fireworks, Nights of Lights (starting Nov 19-Jan 31st) and many festivals and concerts. We are located in a neighborhood with many short term rentals but also home owners and a real community. We ask you remember that on your vacation. We are also across the street from a school. This is great since it is a safe street and very quiet at night. However, during the daytime on school days, you may hear the happy sounds of children at play. Enjoy your stay....we always do!

We do everything we can to make your vacation stress free. Our check in is contact less and you will be sent a door code the day of check in. However, we are local hosts and are available for assistance or recommendations. We love sharing gorgeous St Augustine with our guests.

Our stay was just perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and, most importantly, well located. We could park our car on the property and venture out on foot to just about anywhere. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely with charming historic houses. The outdoor space on the front porch and back deck were tempting, but colder temperatures kept us inside.

This was our second visit to Saint Augustine and we had family with us this time. We loved our stay at the property and it was a very short walk to town and just about everywhere we wanted to go. The property manager was very accessible and communicative.
It was fairly cool when we were present, but the rocking chairs were a wonderful addition

We loved it! This home is beautiful and well kept. Parking was great. I really can't say enough good things about it. It is also in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Also very responsive to questions we had.We would absolutely stay here again! Deserves more than 5 stars!

My three adult children and I enjoyed our stay at this Dreamy Downtown cottage. The cottage was very clean , comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. One of the reasons I chose this cottage over others was the location - it really was a short walk to the historic downtown area : shops, restaurants and bars Next time I come back to St Augustine I would definitely look into staying here again.

Overall, we had a great stay. Small improvements would make it a total 5 star stay. The house is centrally located to walk anywhere in Historic St. Augustine. The house was clean with a well appointed kitchen minus a whisk and larger pan to make enough eggs for 5. The rooms were comfortable, however a larger table in the master by the French doors would be helpful. There was no surface large enough to put personal items, books or a CPAP machine. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable. I hope the broken blind on the back door can be replaced. It just looks bad. The back porch was enjoyable to sit on, but the table is rusty which was not appetizing to have lunch on. The front porch with rockers and couch are glorious. It was lovely to sit out there. Heather got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Her communication skills are top notch. It is obvious she wants her guests to have a great stay!

Clean and convenient!

Stayed here with family for graduation weekend for Flagler college. Well appointed, walking distance to downtown and the college and was perfect for our group of 4 people. Parking had some challenges at times but I think it was just busy for graduation weekend. House was clean and updated!
