We stayed here over the labor day weekend, and loved this house ! It was spacious and in easy walking distance to all of the Historic St. Augustine shopping and restaurants. We definitely plan on returning very soon.Thank you for a great stay !

This was my favorite VRBO experience. My Host, David, was always available to answer my questions before our trip and he checked in with us once we arrived. The home was big, clean and outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. We all loved staying in this property — I would highly recommend Valencia st.!!!

We loved the rental. Its location was easy to find with lots of things within walking distance. The house was very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the weather. I would highly recommend this place

The house was even better than the pictures…so clean and so spacious!! The house has everything you need and very tastefully decorated!! Property manager was a joy to work with and check in and out were easy! The location was perfect for checking out historic district! We’re definitely going to rent this house again!! The home was very clean and ready for us. We loved loved its proximity to Flagler college and all downtown has to offer. The street and the train can be loud but it did not affect our vacation. This home was perfect and met all our needs!

We rented this house for a long weekend. When booking, the items that really sold it for us were the location and the size. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there seems to be a musty smell in some portions of the house, potential allergens if you're sensitive, and the sheets were not as pristine as one would expect. More details below. First, the good. The house is a very nice size. The large family room is as spacious as the pictures show. The leather sectional is very comfortable. The kitchen has all the needed appliances, dishes, silverware, and so on. There were also some nice extras, like throws in the cabinet in the family room and coolers and beach towels in the laundry alcove. The area is quiet and a short walk or drive from the main historic district. The front porch is huge, with multiple seating options, fans, and tables. We spent many enjoyable hours out there reading and chatting. However, upon first walking into the house, we were hit with the overwhelming scent of perfumey plug-ins, seemingly in every room. Some of our party are extremely sensitive to strong smells, so we unplugged all of them. After the smell dissipated we became aware of a kind of musty undercurrent - mold? - pervading the house, which gave us headaches and congestion for the length of our stay. The master bedroom sheets had small flecks of what appeared to be dried blood on them. We presume it's an old stain, but still, not a good look. Finally, the hall bathroom is VERY narrow.

A Lovely Visit to St. Augustine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day visit to St. Augustine -- and our VRBO, La Valencia, was great. La Valencia is wonderfully located within St. Augustine's Historic District, and we were able to easily walk to the downtown sites and restaurants. The house itself was clean and offered a variety of places to gather, as well as a kitchen well-stocked with cooking equipment and new appliances. Thank you, La Valencia!

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Valencia! The home is beautiful and spacious and perfect for a large family. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to all of the Christmas festivities in downtown St. Augustine. Christmas Get Away

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — just a short walk/drive to the Nights of Lights, which made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful with local tips. We especially loved how cozy and well-equipped the space was after long days of exploring. The Christmas tree in the home gave it the holiday feel. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!
