Less than 1 mile from all the dining and entertainment Pigeon Forge Pkwy has to offer. With panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains from your private balcony, you can enjoy both being in the action and enjoy the views. With beautiful sunset mountain views, you can enjoy amenities that are only minutes away or ride a shuttle that picks up at the AppleBarn 1/2 mile away. While staying here you will have access to the Pool and Hot Tub (Memorial-Labor Day), Game Room, Gym, and Little Pigeon River.

Each room and full XL bunks have their own personal TV to stream all their favorite shows and movies from Hulu, Netflix, Disney, etc. Enjoy playing games like yatzee, scrabble, uno and more.

With over 1400 sq/ft of living space, you can either gather together or spread out during your stay. If fishing is your hobby, then welcome home because the Little Pigeon River is in your backyard! (>13yo & TN fishing license)

Never worry about driving treacherous roads or being stuck on the mountain away from it all. It is our pleasure to host your stay at the base of the most visited national park, The Great Smoky Mountains!

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was nice, 3rd floor with stairs and elevator for easy access. Place was clean and cozy. We appreciated the nice, soft sheets and towels and I appreciated having some real knives! A lot of rentals will stock up from the dollar store, it was nice to feel some quality and care in this space. The kids loved the bunk beds and the video game nook. Great communication from the owners. They were extremely responsive and accommodated a last-minute booking with no issue. Thanks!

Great place and great location.

Had a great short get away. Very clean. Can't say that enough- very clean. Love the location, size of unit, great location, & bet of all- no minimum night stay. Easy directions with minimal checkout requirements. Love being in the middle of it all, but also can stay off the main road to get some great meals ( Iron Works Brewery, AppleBarn). Look forward to our next trip!

Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for everything we were looking for. Designed and decorated beautifully. REALLY easy to get to. Close to the parkway but just far enough off the path so it’s nice and quiet! Beds were comfy as was the furniture! Truly nothing to complain about. Loved watching the creek on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Best stay yet to pigeon forge!

Our stay was great! This location is awesome. It’s off the parkway away from all the noise but in walking or short driving distance to everything. The condo was equipped with everything that you need for your stay. It was spacious, clean, and all amenities that you could ask for. The location was quiet, not super populated at the time of our stay we met some nice folks and really enjoyed being able to sit on the back deck with the river for our view The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our kids loved it. if you exercise the gym is good and if you’re a walking in person so many safe open places to walk. We will definitely be back again!

Great stay

This is a great condo in a quiet, out of the way area, but still really close to downtown. It's clean and very spacious - plenty of room for people to spread out. We would stay there again!

Something for Everyone!

The property was great! Perfect location ! So nice being so close to everything, but at the same time it was still very quiet, and peaceful! The entire complex was very clean and well maintained. The condo was just as pictured, and utilized its space very well. The condo had something for every age group. The elevator and huge walk in shower was perfect for the senior citizens in our group. The kids loved the extra large, spacious bunk beds each equipped with their own tv, and the game closet was very cute. There was also a very a nice pool (that was never crowded) and hot tub. The game room and basketball goal was also a nice touch ! However the best part was the beautiful river that did not disappoint! My 12 year old spent hours outside each day at the river fishing.The beds were all comfortable and equipped with their own fans. I also wanted to say how nice it was to have a VRBO with linens and towels actually included ! We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

Very nice getaway!

My family and I came for a few days of fishing and just enjoying the area. No fish were caught, but the stay was still wonderful. This condo is very comfortable and is in the perfect location…close to all the action but also removed enough to be quite serene. Owners were super responsive, as well!

Excellent Spring Break

Great location. Short driving distance to all desired tourist activities and parks in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, but far enough away from the traffic to enjoy some peace and nature. Perfect for families with young children. Everything is well maintained and clean. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely come back again.

Cozy, clean and conveniently located to activities

Everything was very clean and cozy. Many “extras” and excellent location to all of Pigeon Forge, Apple Barn, Restaurants and the Great Smoky Mtns. Cute decor as well. Quick response to all inquiries.

Wonderful Winter Getaway! ⛄️❄️⛄️❄️

My family went for a four day getaway and fell in love with this chalet. It is beautifully decorated in every room. The beds were super comfy and my grandboys loved the full size bunks with built in televisions.The kitchen and bathrooms had all the comforts of home. Every room was super clean. Wood flooring was great due to our allergies also. The veiw was spectacular. The 4 inches of snow added to the beauty of the river and woods. We even saw a bald eagle one morning early. We all said we will definitely stay here again. Thankyou for sharing your family’s beautiful chalet. ❄️⛄️❄️

Beautiful place in a great location!!

We checked in the day after Christmas and stayed through the weekend. All the check in and contact information was delivered as promised. The place was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of Christmas and mountain decor. Everything you could have needed in the kitchen was provided from morning coffee to all the cooking necessities for an entire dinner. Plenty of towels and wash clothes as well. The location was also great. There was a traffic light for turning in off of the parkway to the condo. Just a very short drive from there. We honestly had no reason to have to contact the owners but I have no concerns any issues would have been taken care of. We have been visiting Pigeon Forge for many years and wished we would have found this place sooner. We would 100% consider this place in the future.

Comfortable and beautiful

It was beautiful once you come in the condo. Enough beds for everyone…. Each room and bunk beds had TVs… great view when going out on the balcony. Beds were comfy. Clean and master bathroom was beautiful…

Quite and very comfortable yet two minutes from town

We currently live in Southeast Tennessee and have 3 children. Our family has been going up to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for decades. We have made so many memories here, we decided to purchase our own place. When we saw the property, we fell in love. From the location to it's size, we knew this was what we were looking for. The view with the river right below and the woods across the river with the mountains on the horizon, it was our "Little Piece of Heaven". And we would like to share that experience with you.

Being a native of TN, I grew up going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg every year to visit. Since the days of Silver Dollar City, we have seen this area evolve and mature. We truly feel as this is our second home and want to share it with others when we are not enjoying it ourselves. I love camping and my wife's vibe is "glamping" while the kids were always "let's do something!" This property was perfect for us all as I have the river and the woods across from it while my wife has the amenities of home, next to all the entertainment and activities the kids could possibly want. What more could we ask for?

Situated on the banks of the tranquil Little Pigeon River, this home will welcome you to the Great Smoky Mountains with a cabinesque flare. As you sit on the balcony, observe the wildlife on the opposing side of the river as it is wooded and undeveloped, so bring your binoculars.
No need to travel those winding, steep back roads to get to your home away from home. Even after a long day of fun in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, there is no need to travel miles and miles to get back home as you will be located right off the Parkway. Take a day to explore the mountains or a hike through Cades Cove and return to all the best restaurant choices for dinner, because who wants to cook after a long day.
