Bright 3 Bedroom Townhome in Lost Key Golf and Beach Resort in Perdido Key! The Private Resort provides access to 2 Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Golf Course, Fitness Center, Private Beach with Beach Club, Free Shuttle to the Beach, and Restaurants all within a Gated Beach Community.

Enjoy the most of your vacation with relaxation in this almost new (built in 2021) Beach Retreat. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, screened in lanai, open concept kitchen with all kitchen necessities.

Property was clean and great location. The beach club was very convenient and the property had everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, beach wagon etc.. we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great welcoming stay!

This is a beautiful home, clean, well maintained- we had no issues and communication was clear - we loved all the toys and availability of golf cart. And when the MIL is happy you know its a great place!!!

Amazing!

Our very last minute stay was great. Easy to book and coordinate even though it was last minute. Location was beautiful. Loved the access to the free shuttle and accessibility to the owners gulf cart/bikes etc.

Best house ever!

This one have been one of the best places we have stayed! The place was super clean, it have enough space for everyone. Games for the family and beach toys were included. The only thing was there was no parking on the beach, you have to walk a lot to get there which isn’t nice if you have children with you.

Beautiful property!

Property is beautiful in a safe area. The ocean was incredible and restaurants are close by. It’s a little difficult to access the beach as parking is limited and we had to walk from the house. The shuttle was available but not able to hold all of our chairs/umbrellas/kid stuff 😂

Family Vacation 2022

Wonderful accommodations. Really appreciated having everything we needed provided for us. Only negative was hateful, rude security guard at checkin. Really need someone friendly and helpful since they dealing with people all day.

Perdido Key Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation in well equipped home. The shuttle to the beach was great as was the longe chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Just get there early enough for the loungers. Spatial home and lovely decor. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Traffic was not an issue. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their lovely home.

Must visit!

We've stayed in plenty of rentals and this place was by far the best!! They truly thought of everything, from adult needs to our 3yr & 6yr olds needs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as well. (We do 95% of our own cooking) The host was on top of it our whole visit to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. My only concern was all the stairs for young toddlers. We had a wonderful stay & We'll be back for sure!

Family Beach Trip

Came for a 4 night family beach trip with teen grandchildren-enjoyed private beach/shuttle/used the larger neighborhood pool and all the amenities of Beautiful townhome-bicycles, golf cart was super. Host went above -fully stocked kitchen -crockpot. Bag for beach, plenty of beach towels. Townhome & rooms are exactly as pictured.The back porch is screened in -could see an amazing sunset. Secure. Clean quiet neighborhood. Saw amazing Blue Angels. Would enjoy again! Refrigerator had a minor problem that was superbly & quickly resolved.

All you could ever need or want!

This was by far the most accommodating property we've had the pleasure at renting. There were 5 adults and 3 children, ages 13, 10 and 8 months old. When I say it had absolutely everything we needed or could want I truly mean it, down to extra crib sheets, a crockpot, coolers and toys for use! The location is superb with so many beaches for any type of beach goer whether you prefer a lively scene or privacy. It is so refreshing knowing that we now have a go-to rental where I can relax and look forward to vacationing with family instead of planning my packing list for 3 months beforehand! We cannot wait to return and haven't even made it home yet. Thank you so much for the awesome memories! -The Rudisill's

It's all about the memories!!

Awesome place for a family to stay, and make memories that will last a lifetime. The house came with everything to make a visit fun! Our family loved the ping pong table, and the golf cart was used multiple times a day to get to the fitness center and hot tub. We rode the bikes around the resort, but also to the beach. The charging station was used often. We felt like the homeowners did everything they could to insure their guests had everything they needed. We loved this place!!

A Tennessee win and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Fall Break in Perdido. The townhouse was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The golf cart was so nice to be included in the rental. They can be pricey. We used it for drop offs at the beach and rides around the neighborhood. We will definitely be back and most likely stay in this home again.

Beautiful and quiet townhome close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at the townhome! Our kids loved the bunk beds and there was ample space for us. The beds were comfortable, the pools were beautiful, and the decor was perfect for a beach townhouse! There were only a few small suggestions that we found over the course of our week stay…1) be sure to check the keurig as there was mold growing in the bottom of the water container. 2) a sponge or dish brush in the kitchen would be super helpful! 3) the corner of the dishwasher was broken and it made closing the dishwasher very difficult. We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was perfect for our family vacation! :)

Amazing Rental

I will only be renting from this family! The house was awesome and clean! I love how so much stuff is included!! I enjoyed staying here and my family was super impressed. Very good experience! Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. The condo is a great size for families - extra amenities, golf cart, beach shuttle, ping pong table, BBQ, pool/beach toys, sold us on this property along with the close proximity to the beach.
