# General House Rule:
~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM.
~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host`s verbal or written approval.
~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc.
~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.

# Booking Requirements:
~ We call all of our guests as part of our verification process given that we had multiple issues in the past relating to guests that aren`t who they say they are.
~ No calls means no check-in.

# Things to note:
~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.

# HVAC rules:
~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.

Great House Fun Neighborhood

Monica is a great host and the house is awesome. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location

We loved the location. Having the park in space was nice. No need to find street parking. The street is busy but if you love the option of popping out the front door and grabbing coffee, dinner or a pizza to take back this location is perfect!! Or skip across the street and rent bikes for a bike ride along the ocean. While staying here be sure to grab coffee and Aldar and Sage and enjoy dinner along 4th street.

Everything we needed. Close to Long Beach Convention center and other locations. Would stay again if more accessible for disabled and elderly.

Long Beach House

Good location, parking, & house. Owner communicates well. Fun game room. Furniture could be a little more comfortable but otherwise great place to stay.

Beware ! Wild experience

VERY LOUD and potentially dangerous neighborhood. Blook2nd shower didn’t work! Adults needing a sgi shower forced to use VERY small tub as shower. First off , the insist to speak with you before arrival. That is the explain that “during the morning you may hear outside walking due it being in a Commerce area. Well let’s just say that the morning noise is nothing compared to the evening and night noise. All kinds of people raising hell ,zombies walking around ( a nice way to describe the homeless drug addicted people ) that hang out regularly in the area. Blood on the pillow in one of the rooms. Shower didn’t work. The front does threshold is 1 inch ; thus allowing at least one mouse/rat to come in the home from the outside ! These people act like this a high end property, but they have problems! Guess what ! Manager falls off the face of the earth after texting me that the shower will not work for the rest of the stay ! How rude. I reached out to them 4-5 times before leaving this review and not a peep. Just be advised that this neighborhood is sketchy and you will likely hear people yelling /screaming or whatever they are doing outside from dark to about 2-3 am. Just a overall busy street and disgusting rats cominh in the house.

Comfortable modern house in a great area

This house was adorable with lots of great amenities! It’s located right next to a very lively area, with an easy walk to the beach. While the area was lively, the house was still comfortable and we weren’t bothered with any noise at night. The hosts had great communication, checking in with us during our stay to ensure everything met our expectations. I would consider staying here again!

Perfect little house in a great area!

We visited for a 4 day weekend trip and the best part of the house is the location. It is in such a great area that seems to be filled with young people and families. You can walk to anything, restaurants, bars, local shops, parks and the beach. It has a nice backyard and the game room is perfect for kids. Our only negative comment is that the overall house could be more comfortable, its beautiful and clean but the living room seating is for show and not comfort. All three beds and all the bed pillows are VERY firm. There were no other options provided in linen closest for lighter sleeping blankets or softer pillows, which left us all feeling unrested. Overall I would stay here again, but I would bring my own pillows and blankets.
