We provide 30+ night transitional housing that prioritizes low-stimulus living for patients and clinicians. Tucked into a quiet Lakewood cul-de-sac, this upper-level suite provides the natural light and residential silence necessary for high-stakes recovery and night-shift sleep. The suite is great for residential stability required during treatment, recovery, or high-intensity clinical assignments. Guests may be asked to confirm a medical or treatment-related travel purpose prior to reservation approval.

This 1,200 sq ft upper-level residence is one of three intentionally structured suites on-site—offering privacy, calm, and predictable living during extended medical stays.

• Private In-Unit Laundry: Dedicated washer/dryer to reduce infection risk and allow caregivers to manage laundry on their own schedule.

To protect guests navigating medical stress, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy:

Protection & Booking Requirements:
To finalize your stay, the following are required within 24 hours of booking.
• Signed Residency Agreement.
• Traveler’s Insurance: Required
• Government-issued ID for all adult residents [via email]
• Accidental Damage Protection: $65 (non-refundable, per month)
• Incidental Hold: $500 standard ($750 with pets) – authorization only
A secure link for the Agreement and Hold will be provided once payment is confirmed. Access is not granted until all requirements are completed.
