The Good Times Pool House

Welcome to my home! A perfect west side of Denver location to enjoy summer and everything else Colorado has to offer! The walk-out basement is ridiculous (host lives upstairs). With a separate lock-off entrance through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, free wifi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the pool area (heated pool & hot tub are both fully open til Sept 20th, then closed til May for the winter), 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas fireplace, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees for privacy (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Close to amenities (lake, hiking, restaurants, grocery, watering holes). Have fun!!

Host lives upstairs and is available by phone. There is no shared space on the inside of the home. Only the backyard pool area is a shared space with single owner. No unauthorized guests or parties allowed, unless approved by host before booking.
