Peacefully sleep in the quiet setting. Those who are early risers will not disturb those who want to sleep in as the bedroom wing is at the opposite end of the house from the kitchen living and dining areas.

Santa Barbara the 'American Riviera': In Santa Barbara you can hike in the mountains and swim at the beach on the same day! This property is located on a beautiful tree filled acre property with views of the mountains. Just a short walk to the Mission and the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. Walk to downtown Santa Barbara through Rocky Nook Park and distinctive Upper East neighborhoods. The beach and Montecito are just an easy 10 minute drive. Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching, fishing, biking, golf to local theater, museums and cultural events.

Please be advised that this property is to be used only for the guests on contract and we do not permit large gatherings or more than four cars at any time at the property.

The pool is typically heated to a comfortable temperature by a rooftop solar heating system May to November (70-85 degrees). Heating the pool with gas in the winter or shoulder seasons can be arranged with a $100 a day additional fee arranged in advance, not needed in summer. The jacuzzi is heated on demand and is provided with booking.

There is an electrical plug for plugging in an electric car in the carport. Please notify us if you wish to do this in advance. There would be a $7 a day extra charge for electricity.

This property is permitted for short-term stays with the county so book with confidence. For short term stays permitted for 6 adults plus children total 8.
