A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring Orlando. Admire the crisp, modern decor of the open-plan living space and take in the peaceful surroundings from the 2 cute terraces. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, brand new countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together on the breakfast bar or take it to the terrace for an epic view of the golf course.

Starter toiletries and paper products are provided upon arrival. Guest are responsible for additional items needed throughout their stay.

Access to entire condo. Carriage Point Pool, Heritage Crossings Pools, Homestead Pool, Seven Eagles Amenity Center, The Terraces Pool, and the Dog Park. Please bring key card.

You can drive through Reunion to look at all the pools and clubs. Reunion resort is very large. There are walking paths as well.

While staying in this property you will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars. Please note this property does not have a Reunion Resort Club Membership needed to access additional amenities within the resort, including Reunion’s Water Park, Tennis, and Golf.

GUEST ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

The check-in time is 4:00 pm. Please be advised that the condo will not be ready before 4:00pm due to cleaning.

LOCATION:
7655 Heritage Crossing Way, Apt #202, Reunion, FL 34747

Main Gates:
Advise Guard you are staying at 7655 Heritage Crossing Way, Apt #202, they will give you an overnight pass. Once you are in the apartment you can use the key card to access the gates. Tap the card to the scanner, no need to check in with the security guard, no need for pass on windshield.
The condo is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator inside the building towards the middle of the building (although the condo is closer to the stairs). You can walk right up the stairs once you walk in, the condo is on the right.

You will find a digital door lock, input the number and the door will open. This is your designated code for your stay. The code changes after each check out.

You will be fined $300 for disrespecting the policy.

PARKING:
Feel free to park in any available spot. Once you are in Reunion and pick up the keycard, there is no need for the visitor pass,

Quiet Hours:
Resort quiet hours are 11:00PM to 9:00AM. If security is called to the unit for a noise complaint, the guest will be charged $100.00 per incident.

TRASH BAGS: Please throw trash bags out in the outdoor large trash bin. When you are leaving Reunion, the bin will be on the left. It is visible.

Please be cautious in changing the setting of the AC - setting it too high or too low might cause the AC to breakdown.

Please note that we provide an initial supply of soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby stores. We also provided blue pool towels in the hallway closet.

The pool/gym entry card will be left on the breakfast bar in the kitchen. It looks like a credit card inside a lanyard.
Note: There is a $50 replacement fee if the card is lost or misplaced, please make sure you leave it on the breakfast bar the end of your stay.

Instructions on how to use the TV:
Each TV is equipped with Roku. Enter your Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, Showtime, Starz information to access your favorite providers. The TV also has local and some movie channels.

GUEST DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

Check out time is 11:00 AM
If additional time is needed, please message me. I may be able to accommodate a late check out.

** If the cleaning company is unable to clean the condo due to a late check out you will be billed the full cleaning fee including their return fee** Total is $280.00
In addition:
Late Check out up to 1 hour will be an additional $50 charge (12PM)
Late Check out up to 2 hours will be charges a full night’s stay.
Failure to check out after two hours will enforce an immediate eviction by security.


Before departing, please do the following:

1. Run a load of dishes in the dishwasher. (If there is no dishwasher detergent, please do not use regular dish soap as a substitute for soap powder. Using regular liquid dish soap once can ruin the dishwasher.)

2. If you moved any furniture, please place back to the original place.

3. Please put all the garbage bags in large garbage bin on the left on the way out of Reunion.

4. Please turn off all lights and turn the air conditioner to 75°F degrees.

5. Please check the property for any personal belongings that might be left behind.

6. Please place entry cards in the round circle of the breakfast bar.

7. If you used the playpen or highchair, please leave them out so they can be disinfected by the cleaning crew.

9. Please discard your leftover food prior to departure.

8. Please leave a positive review and I will leave you a positive review. This is important for small business owners.

Once you acknowledged the rules set above, your access code to the condo will be sent via email.
