Nice open floor plan with plenty of space to kick back and relax after an amazing day enjoying all the Montana has to offer. Our home will sleep 16 ADULTS, Two separate living spaces for more room to spread out. Have 2 bed spaces are twin roll away beds best for child, teenager. We have 2 additional pull out chairs that would most likely be more comfortable for a child and we also have 2 mini cribs. We are located close to many attraction, fishing boating biking off roading, and a lot of kids attractions very close by as well. Plenty of fun things to fill your vacation time with. Visit Hungry Horse Dam it's right up the road.

Sarah was communicative and easy to reach and work with. The property was well appointed with lots of unexpected extras. Everyone in our party loved the property… it is nestled right in the mountains and just minutes away from Glacier NP. Very convenient location from airport and for spending the day in Whitefish.

Family Gathering

Amazing, we would stay there again. So much room for everyone, the backyard was so inviting; amenities were in abundance; location to Glacier National Park, Hungry Horse Dam; and activities in Whitefish. So much to see and do in the area. Thank you for a great stay.

Our hungry horse stay was outstanding! Sarah was very responsive and the property was perfect for a group of 12. Also location close to Glacier national Park was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this property to others and perhaps come back again. Thank you.

Montana Family Adventure

This home was the perfect size for our group of 19! The best part was the location. Only a 10 min drive to West Glacier and 5 min walk to a beautiful river. We enjoyed local restaurants and the Blue Moon Rodeo as well-highly recommend. Owners were quick to respond and very accommodating.

Family gathering for daughter's wedding in Glacier!

This home was well appointed and had everything that we needed. It was the larger of the three homes that were rented and so the family gathered here. The kids enjoyed the backyard and playground, the pool table was utilized, the piano was played and some games were also played. Everybody found a place to hang out.

Our Family Vacation

Great place for a family get together!

The house was great- the back yard tables were a huge plus- best stocked VRBO we’ve seen. Perfect for our 18 month old- child locks on the cupboards, swing and slide in the fenced back yard- high chair, crib- toys, books- just great!!

Great place for our family gathering

Communication with host was amazing, went out of there way to make a great stay for us. Even had a treat for us. Beds where comfortable and house was well stocked and cozy. Enjoyed the pool table.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time in Hungry Horse. The owners went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Plenty of space for all of us we had young children to teens to adults. When we came home from the park we enjoyed hanging in the back yard and playing games. The kids loved the basement as well. Would highly recommend this home!

Awesome home

This house was spacious and comfortable. The host has thoughtfully included any amenities you may need. It is located near west glacier entrance, the river and Columbia Falls which was very convenient for our group. I highly recommend this house and the host was fabulous!

Comfortable Home, Attentive Host

We loved the home. Plenty of room for a larger group. Comfortable beds. The pool table on the lower level was a hit with the kids. Wonderful location, just off the main drag and close to the entrance of Glacier National Park. Our host was super attentive - providing us with clear checkin instructions and then making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, just a wonderful stay!

Family reunion extraordinaire

Our incredibly welcoming hosts surprised us with amazing fresh baked scones and local huckleberry jam. They have provided every possible amenity needed to feed our group of 19. Bonus - plenty of parking, even for a motor phone. 10 minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park which we visited daily. We sent a few inquiries to the host during our stay and got almost immediate responses. We’d return in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic location!

The hosts are wonderful and the property is everything it’s advertised to be. The views are beautiful! It is a working class neighborhood, and the homes around this property vary from plain to very nice. It is a safe area with friendly neighbors. I can’t think of anything that this house doesn’t have, that a family would need. It is well stocked for the needs of infants on up, and all the cooking tools you’d ever need. Roomy, comfortable, and lots to do inside, when you’re not outside exploring. Our family of 12 really enjoyed our stay!

Glacier National Park

This was our first trip to Glacier National Park and the house was conveniently located just outside of the west entrance. The house is perfect for multiple families, with a great set up. The outdoor space is great for kids and adults to hangout. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and even left treats for us 😀! There was no stone left unturned by the host Montana is absolutely beautiful. We would come back and stay there again for sure.

What an amazing place! It was the perfect place to stay for a large group of friends like ours.

The best property, the best hosts ever! The beds were clean and very comfy, it had all of the amenities you needed as well as some you didn't know you might need. Lots of pool games were played on the pool table downstairs. The upstairs kitchen and dining were extremely well set up for a big group like ours. We love this place and are booking it again. Thank you for such an enjoyable and comfortable weekend! Your home rocks!! :)

What an amazing stay!!

Sarah went out of her way to make this trip come true to us. My husband is handicapped and we couldn’t find a van there and she help me get one so we was able to bring him with us. She also got a shower chair for him and a lot of other equipment so I didn’t have to bring it alone with me . The house had everything we needed for our week stay

Great place with many extras

We were in Hungry Horse for a family vacation. We rented a total of 4 properties for 20 people, of which 9 stayed at this property. We were extremely pleased with this property, which was easily the best of the 4 we rented. All aspects of the property were superb, it was exceptionally well stocked, and -- importantly -- the host, Sarah, was extraordinarily responsive to our communications. The backyard was a particularly nice feature, as it included table seating for 20 and play equipment for young kids. The location was also fabulous -- just 10 miles to the Apgar entrance to Glacier National Park and the west end of Going to the Sun Road. In short, I highly recommend this property to any moderate-sized group looking for a hassle-free stay in the west Glacier area!

Absolutely Perfect

Sarah's home in Hungry Horse was more than what I expected. The main floor is open with a kitchen that has plentiful counter space and dining seating for 16; the television is surrounded with comfortable seating for a large group The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable; the downstairs area is stocked with books, DVDs, a pool table, and tv area. The outdoor space is inviting and has seating for 20--and there is seating in both the front and back, with the back having a playset and sandbox for the kids! Both outdoor areas have grass that is well-maintained. There is off-street parking for 3-5 vehicles. Sarah immediately answered any questions or needs that we had. Hungry Horse itself provides easy access to the many activities in the area. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family gathering.

Best House!

We are 2 families that have been travelling together for 27 years and I will say this is one of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed at. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds, and came so well stocked that we wanted for nothing. They even offered the use of bear spray which was so convenient. Being a group of 13 adults we had plenty of room to spread out. The young adults enjoyed the pool table and living space downstairs while the "older" adults had the upstairs living room, or we were all able to hang out together upstairs or outside. The outdoor space was nice with the big table to sit around. The kitchen was big and very well stocked. Had some trouble with the stove but the owners were easy to reach to help us out. The only downfall to the home is the downstairs bathroom. It's a bit odd with the toilet up on a step and the shower was a bit low if you are tall. It is also very close to Glacier NP. The owners were great to deal with and I would highly recommend this home.

Very accommodating! Highly recommend

The owners clearly pay attention to details. This rental had all we needed, and many things that were just extra. We had an issue with a grocery delivery showing up before we had arrived and the owner was quick to respond to my plea for help and went above and beyond to help us out. We found the home well equipped and very comfortable. Some of the highlights for us were: strong Air conditioner, shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, hair dryers in all bathrooms, roll away beds. They had a welcome gift there for us when we arrived. Sarah responded within minutes if we had any questions and was eager to learn how they could improve the property. Everyone in our group of 20 people commented on how great the rental was. The teens loved the billiards table! Kitchen was well equipped. Some of the pull out beds and sofas were a bit small for our teen boys but they made due just fine. Highly recommend

Amazing Stay for a Large Family!

We booked this location for a family trip to Montana and it was one of the few places that could accommodate a huge family. We had a blend of seniors, adults, children, and infants and the house had everything for everyone! The interactive toys and the playground were great for kids, while the pool table and large tables were great for us adults. The open layout and large tables made it easy for all of us to connect and enjoy each other's company. There were plenty of helpful kitchen appliances/tools and bathroom items provided too, not just the basic. The beds were super clean and so comfy. The house was very close to Glacier National Park and other activities, grocery stores, and more! There's nothing bad to say about this house! It was such a great place to stay for our family. The owner was so responsive and always willing to help us in any way. We also LOVED the treats they left for us. We honestly didn't want to leave! If we were to do it again or come back, we would defiantly choose this house again. Thank you so much for such an amazing first experience in Montana!
