This house was great for our large group! Communication with host was superb. House was well stocked with necessities. We will definitely stay again when we get back out there!

This is an amazing property, the wild life roaming through the yard made the experience a lot of fun sitting by the fire pit. Overall there isn't anything I would change and hope we have to opportunity to stay again.

The home is centrally located while still providing that private, forest setting with deer and wild turkeys roaming through the property. The home being “perfect” for your large group celebrating your elopement in Glacier National Park, having everyone together made the best memories.

This was everything we needed for our family of 15. Each couple had their own bathroom, the kids could run around outside and play. It’s close to the park for day trips. The huge fridge and the set up for pantry items was ideal. Fully equipped kitchen and we used it. The coffee maker was also great. The home is so well set up for a comfortable stay.

We are pleased you found the Montana Homestead accommodating for your large group of 15 with plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The best is having separate bathrooms for everyone. We stock the kitchen and pantry to be a home-away-from home and convenient for traveling guests. Our "Pay It Forward" program with the guests, contributing and using and sometimes replacing seems to be popular and we hope to continue it for years to come.

Great place to stay for my family. Easy to get to Glacier National Park. Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Kalispell are close by with cute little downtown areas with restaurants and shopping. The house is secluded with a great outdoor fire pit, games, picnic tables, and everything you need. The kitchen was stocked with more than you need, very accommodating for a large group. Highly recommend! Thank you for the lasting memories your home has made for my family and my brother's family!

We are a group of 4 couples who have enjoyed many VRBO's in the US and abroad. This one was the most complete and comfortable yet. Everything we could need in the kitchen was provided. The dishes, the glasses, the cookware were wonderful. The grill was new and the tools abundant. They even had an instant read digital thermometer so I didn't burn the chicken.The house was spacious and the bathrooms were abundant. The yard was beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit, The house came with wood and everything needed. Wide porches on 3 sides made for great siiting and watching the deer and wild turkeys.The location made for an easy drive to Glacier National Park and we had easy access to great places to dine.Kathryn, our host, did a great job communicating.I highly recommend this house. Wonderful experience!

We visited Montana, as my daughter was getting married in Glacier National Park. There were 12 of us traveling and this home was the perfect fit. There was plenty of room, where we all stayed comfortably. Kitchen had all the amenities that you need for cooking or grilling out. Plenty of bathrooms! The porch was one of my favorite spots, if you want to just relax. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Fire pit, for doing s'mores was a big hit with our crew, and playing corn hole. The home was the perfect location to other places we visited. Our hostess, Kathryn, was phenomenal. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and her Welcome Packet was top notch.

The home provides the perfect shade for afternoon yard activities and the wrap around decks perfect for drinking coffee in the morning while watching the deer and wild turkey roam through the yard. We had a wonderful time at the cabin playing with the kids in the huge yard and taking in the perfect setting. Everything was thoughtfully laid out so that we could picnic, roast marshmallows, and BBQ outside or just lounge on the patio and enjoy nature.

Beautiful, spacious home with tons of amenities. Fabulous bathrooms, beds, kitchen, outdoor activities, fire pit, extra fridge and freezer and more. It was clean, organized and perfect for our 11 adults and 4 kids. The wraparound porch was a dream.

Feels like home…

Visit to Glacier Nat. Park with our grown children and grandchild. The homestead was the perfect home base with all you’ll need and more. Comfortable beds, AC, and plenty of room to store groceries for large group.

Excellent home. Close to grocery store and restaurants. 17 mile drive to west entrance to GNP. Great communication with host. Great outdoor activity areas, and loved the sliding door cooler(old coke machine - easily fit all hydro packs and supplies for hiking).

This vacation rental was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and flatware to accommodate our large family. The dining and living space was comfortable and inviting. Charming decor throughout the house was so welcoming and all the beds were comfortable. Our favorite gathering space was the outdoor fire pit where we spent our evenings. We will definitely recommend this lovely home to our friends.

Amazing location and home

Kathryn was amazing, she was hospitable and accommodating. The location was perfect! Only a short drive away from West Glacier. The home? A dream come true for everyone of all ages. It was spacious, well furnished and the backyard had so much to do, including all sorts of sports and a fire pit. I highly recommend this amazing location for your Montana stay!

Birthday trip

We were a group of seven and the house was spacious and comfortable. It was dusty and didn’t supply enough toilet paper or cleaning products but the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. We enjoyed our time there.

We are sorry that the cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink were not stocked to your satisfaction but we will remedy that for future guests. We had a group of 12 ranging in age from 14 to 75. The property had something for everyone. The younger ones especially enjoyed the frisbee golf and spike ball. We all enjoyed the campfire area and the families of deer that frequently paraded through the yard. The house comfortably accommodated us and was well equipped.

This property was an absolute dream vacation find. We had 11 members in the family, and everyone had their own room/ area which was a big deal. We loved watching the wildlife by the apple tree during the morning sunrise on the porch. They stocked the kitchen with all the appliances you may need and plenty of space to hold a family dinner. The space itself was gorgeous, loved the exterior cabin look and inside was so cozy. They have taken very good care of the lawn and the landscape. Truly a great find.

Beautiful Cabin

This property was beautiful, including the grill and outdoor area. Close to the airport and the National Park. The owner was very proactive in communication - she checked on us multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed. Word to the wise - the bedroom downsrairs can hear all walking on the upper floor - not a deal-breaker for us as we were so worn out from hiking, we went right to sleep - but probably best to put heavier sleepers in this room. LOVED this property! We will definitely come back!

Classic country

Owner was super helpful and easy to work with. House was lovely. Big log cabin with wraparound porch and balconies. great for two families traveling together. Great big kitchen and living space. Comfy bedrooms. Huge yard with toys for kids plus a teepee!! Easy access to glacier and grocery store down the street. Great and easy stay!
