Best Lakefront Property, Fall is a great time to visit!! Perfect lake view!!

Brockway Springs Resort offers the most incredible experience for your Lake Tahoe mountain vacation. Every season is beautiful here! We are close to all North Lake Tahoe ski areas, but retain the convenience of being in the middle of Kings Beach with a heated pool & Sauna when off the slopes.
We have a lakefront pool which is heated year round by our own hot springs and tennis courts right on the lake. Our beautifully appointed clubhouse, fitness room, and newly remodeled co-ed sauna complete the recreation area. Our comfortable one bedroom/one bath condo has a full kitchen, and is perfect for a couple or small family.
Brockway is within walking distance of all the King's Beach activities: mini golf, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach and water activities. It is very private yet in the middle of everything!!


Winter at Brockway Springs: You will love our little corner of the lake. There is no finer skiing than the North Lake Tahoe area. Dining and sports activities abound here. We are close to the world class skiing resorts of Northstar-at-Tahoe, Diamond Peak, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Homewood, and Mt. Rose. A short drive will take you to Heavenly Valley and Kirkwood resorts on the southern end of the lake.

Summer at Brockway Springs: The summers here are exquisite, you can walk into Kings Beach and have access to mini golf, movie theaters. There are great restaurants like Caliente, Jason's, Steamers, Log Cabin all within walking distance from Brockway Springs. Cultural experiences abound such as Shakespeare on the Lake, music festivals, street/craft fairs and farmers markets.

We stayed at this great condo in Kings Beach on the lake for 5 days, close to restaurants, ski resorts and Safeway. Everything is clean and everything works.The host set everything up for us and the folks on site were very nice. Will stay there again!

We really enjoyed the view and the facilities available. The sauna was great especially after hiking. The pool was very nice, but could have been a little warmer.

Affordable stay

Great owner, very good communicator and helped us with getting to know the area. Property was well kept and quiet, close drive to town. Had an awesome un heated pool. Only downside is the unit was a bit dated and no washer dryer.

First time at Tahoe

We enjoyed the unit and the location. It was clean and the bed was good. It worked good for our needs. Two things to note: First, the unit does not have a washer and dryer in the unit. There are shared coin operated washer and dryers in a separate building. I went over to use one and the house keeping crews had them tied up and one was out of order.. The second thing is when we checked in they gave us 2 lanyards with a unit key and a gate access card on each. Somehow the gate access card fell off one of the lanyards the first day we were there. We looked everywhere for it and could not find it. We were resolved to pay the $50 charge, but when we checked out someone had found it luckily and turned it in. The host was very helpful and informative.

Enjoyed our stay at the Brockway condo. Great location; close to town and the Crystal Bay casino. We both thought the fees were excessive to be honest.

Snowboard Trip

Great stay, perfect for a couples stay to go snowboarding up at Northstar or to just relax by the lake. Quiet and relaxing, would love to stay here again!

Great location

Great communication with owner, had a couple small issues that were resolved quickly. This condo is amazing with its views and location to everything you need. Super quiet and relaxing for us, we cooked 2 nights and it worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend for many reasons.

Amazing Stay

What a great place to stay! Very convenient to shops and food. The owner Michelle is amazing and very accommodating. The unit is clean and comfortable. The pool area is so beautiful over looking the lake. I have already started planning my next stay here!

Beautiful views

Our first trip to Lake Tahoe and the view from our patio was fantastic. The entire resort is really nice and the lakeside pool was great. Will definitely plan on returning. Communication with host was great too.

A little piece of heaven

My fiancé and I went for my birthday weekend. I had never gone out of town for my birthday and I could have not asked for a better place. You get an amazing view from the living room/porch and it is an absolute beautiful property to walk around. The condo had all you could ask for, fully stocked kitchen and literally everything you think you may need. I didn’t want to leave! I think this is something I will try and make a tradition for myself for birthday years to come, maybe even more times a year; it is absolutely amazing!!!

Perfect Ski Condo

Check-In at the office couldn’t have been easier and more pleasant. Parking was super convenient. Michelle (the property owner) was always easy to talk to and a great communicator. The condo had a well-appointed kitchen and the view of the lake was beautiful. Recommend.

We had a blast!

Wonderful experience at Brockway Springs! Upon first contact with Michelle, booking + arrival instructions were clear/easy and she answered all of our questions. Very responsive and accessible via text. Upon arrival, unit was clean and cozy. Everything you needed was there (even a nightlight for the kiddos)! Very comfy accommodations, too! We are creatures of comfort and both the couch/beds weren’t too firm or too soft. That’s important, especially away from home! Best part was the back patio opening up to the view of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Morning coffee and a walk with the kids was an absolute joy. Property also very close by to Kings Beach and restaurants/shops. Can’t wait to stay here again next season. Thanks again, Michelle!

Super great property close to lake. Property manager Michelle is so nice and considerate that she offered us to arrive one night earlier in order to avoid the snow storm. Really appreciate her help and support all the time.

Our tennis courts are a must for anyone like myself who plays tennis. Tahoe is our favorite spot worldwide!!!
