Brockway Springs offers a half-mile of private lakefront, with recreational facilities that include a year-round lakefront swimming pool heated directly by natural hot springs, a children's wading pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, saunas, club house, and a fishing and boating dock, all beside the crystalline waters of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Within minutes there are championship golf courses, 20 different alpine and Nordic ski areas, lake cruises, dozens of world-class restaurants, and action-packed casino fun. Tahoe offers snow skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, motor boating and sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, horseback riding, fishing, mountain biking and hiking trails. Very nice property with great amenities. Close to many fun activities in north Lake Tahoe. Our family really loved the selection of games they had to play. It was comfortable for a family of 6 to stay for 4 nights.

Location! Location! Location!

This place is located in the perfect spot. It’s walking distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hot spring pool is wonderfully warm with amazing views. We had a ton of fun!

Amazing location!

We had a fantastic time with our family! The location is amazing and the property amenities were great! The condo is spacious and cozy-nice furniture and comfy beds. Plenty of cutlery and dishes, etc. The only suggestions I have is that they need more towels for the guests. We bought another Key fob for 50. Also, the laundry facilities required quarters but they did tell me that new washers and dryers will be coming soon and will be card operated. Definitely a great place !

Absolutely wonderful!

We just spent our annual girls trip at this beautiful condo in Brockway Springs and could not have asked for a better rental! The unit is easy to access, very clean, perfect lake side location, and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The host is so kind, very quick with communication and easy to contact. We decided this will be our go to annual vacation home, and already cannot wait to go back next year!!

Amenities and location

We can’t talk enough about how amazing the amenities are that come with this rental! The kids LOVED the pool and it has a large waddling end for them. The location was perfect for us, a short walk into town for ice cream/beach or short drive to incline. Elaine was super easy to communicate with and made our stay comfortable!

Tahoe vacation

Lovely property with nice lake access. Pool is warm and right on the lake. Cleaners were still there 30 mins after check in time and came 30 minutes early for check out so we had to rush out. Other than that a great vacation. And we saw a bear!

Cute Updated Tahoe Stay

My family and I enjoyed this cute updated condo. It was clean and had nice details like reusable Tahoe themed hot cold tumblers, appropriate kitchen supplies and serving trays, sleek bar, comfortable beds and modern lake decor. The only drawback was there were no curtains in the living room area.It’s stocked by an owner that you can tell likes to entertain and appreciates all Tahoe has to offer!

Mid April at Lake Tahoe

This condominium worked very well for our visit. Mid-April is off season, and even with daytime temperatures in the 50's, it was amazing to be able to swim at a lakeside pool-a very unique pool-which is fed by a natural hot spring! The view from the clubhouse/fitness facility, tennis courts, pool and pier were incredible and were definitely the highlight of our stay at this property. It is a short walk to that location from the condo, but well worth the extra effort.

Wonderful Lake Tahoe first experience

The complex in Kings Beach area is so insanely gorgeous. We loved the amenities: pool, sauna, clubhouse, benches by the lake and dock. Elaine was always helpful with her communication. The only 4 out of 5 star review refers to the limited lake view from the condo. We would come back again.

Amazing Place!!

This home was absolutely wonderful. Our host, Elaine, was beyond helpful and responsive. The house was super comfortable and the perfect size for our group of two moms and their sons.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, the beds were comfy and we were very centrally located. We were able to walk into the cute village of King's Beach and were a short drive to Northstar. The resort is so magical--right on the lake with a beautiful heated pool and stunning views of Lake Tahoe. We loved our trip. Thanks Elaine!!

Lovely vacation!

The condo was beautifully appointed - lovely furniture and decor, well-equipped kitchen and even a beautiful lake view. Because the unit is on the first floor and has no curtains in the living room, we very much felt like we were in a fishbowl at night and wished we had the option of greater privacy. It’s also important to note that the laundry facilities available are not in the unit - they’re in a room down the hall, require coins to operate (bring quarters), and were often all being used by housekeeping so it was difficult to find an available machine. While the unit did have a grill, it was electric (for fire safety) and we definitely wouldn’t use it again as it didn’t get very hot. Overall a very nice stay.

Nice Comfortable Place

Nice decent place to stay. Leaving full review so it helps others when booking. The place was easy to get our belongings into. Had to wait at gate for about 10 mins because no one answered to let us in. A nice man in line came to open gate for us since we had cars backed up. The place was nice and clean but lots of hairs (pet/human) on couch pillows/blankets and spider webs by windows. No privacy in living area as there are no blinds/curtains on windows but comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable, Bathrooms are okay. No reserved parking spot. Open parking spaces during our stay, can park in front of double door entry if you get lucky. Otherwise parking is at top so you would have to talk a walk down a flight of stairs after parking. Being 7 months pregnant this was no fun. Pool is all the way down at end of block which has a 30 min parking limit, unless you walk which is about 10 mins. Beautiful views of the lake if you go down another flight of stairs with walking area along lake, rocky next to water so we couldn’t go down to the water. Our balcony is facing the complex and you get a little view of the water. Speedboat beach is not walking distance. You have to drive there. Kitchen was useful, lots of dishes/pots/pans. Bring your coffee and creamer they have a coffee pot. Make sure to close all windows, turn off heaters/lights when leaving and follow instructions. Plenty of towels provided. Overall nice place to stay. Stayed for location, maternity photos a short drive away.

Great location but beware!

I notified the owner we would be arriving late at night prior to our arrival. She said that was fine, just text her or her partner and they will let us in the gate. We arrived at 11pm. We called and texted both MANY times and called the 24/7 after-hours line for help getting in the gate. Our calls went ignored and the 24/7 after-hours desk couldn't buzz us in. FINALLY, at midnight another car happened by and let us in the gate. Had they not come, we would have had to go to a hotel. We alerted the owner the next day and nothing was offered to help us. They were defensive and blamed us for our late arrival (which I had notified them of already). Prior to booking, I asked if the pool was working because I saw a review that it was not. The owner confirmed it would be working--before I rented. Guess what? The pool wasn't working. Not even close, no water, they were tiling and cleaning and it looked like it wouldn't be open for weeks. It seemed like she lied to get us to stay there. The best thing is the location. Walking distance to coffee and right on the lake. But that combined with the terribly frightening arrival is NOT worth the price. The owner made no attempts to offer support or monetary compensation. Renter beware!

This has been a family vacation home where we have spent the last 15 years with our 3 children. The gated development is safe, walkiing distance to restaurants, casinos, stores etc. Buoeys are available for boaters as well.
