Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing views, the easy access to the river, and that the home stayed cozy and warm during your stay. It’s great to hear you found the new couch and chairs comfortable, and that having your family dog with you made the trip even better. We also appreciate your helpful suggestions about adding outlets, updating the bathrooms, and providing clearer instructions for the TV and boiler — those are great ideas that we have reviewed with our team. We have also made sure our housekeeping team checks under furniture more carefully going forward. We truly value your input and hope to welcome you back again for another mountain getaway once we’ve made a few of these improvements!
