- Living Area -
The living area of this condo is very spacious to allow everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is a sleeper sofa that's fitted with luxury linens, and we provide you with plenty of DVDs and games the whole family will enjoy. The large windows provide plenty of light, and the area is open to the dining room and kitchen as well.

- Two Bedrooms -
The two bedroom suites are located off of the main hallway. We have included a flat screen television in both bedrooms, and each suite has its own bathroom as well. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom has a full standard bathroom. Our guests love how comfortable our beds are. In fact, some have told us they are the most comfortable beds they've ever slept on! You're guaranteed a great night's sleep in this condo after a fun-filled day spent out on Table Rock Lake. This condo sleeps up to size guests.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen -
The kitchen is truly a highlight of this property. The spacious kitchen area opens up to the dining area, so you are able to enjoy spectacular views of Table Rock Lake as you prepare your meal. We have stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meal - you just provide the food. After all, homemade meals just taste better! Skip the line and enjoy more time in your condo too! There are granite countertops and tile flooring. The dining room table can fit the whole family, and can also serve double duty as your family's game night headquarters! This property also includes a washer and dryer.

- Additional Information -
The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake. The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows.
