This unit was previously under different VRBO listing and had been renting for several years. We acquired the unit fully furnished as seen in the photos in summer 2016 based largely on the very positive public feedback from renters. The View is tucked away in the Ozark Mountains, located far enough away from the traffic and crowds yet just minutes from the high-energy excitement of Branson Landing, Branson shows, attractions, restaurants, championship golf and Big Cedar Lodge. Branson Landing is Branson's newest $450 million dollar shopping and entertainment district on the shores of Lake Taneycomo.

Although you will enjoy the beautiful amenities inside, you will be drawn to the breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake. The spacious deck with spectacular lake views will certainly make this a favorite spot for morning coffee or watching the evening sun set across the lake.

The kitchen features granite tile countertops, beautiful wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to make you feel right at home.

This condo offers something in all seasons:
March launches into the spring as buds appear and seasonal plant life brings the promise of warmer weather. Mealtimes on the balcony are entertained by birds and small wildlife setting up new homes for the summer, treating you to a symphony of natural sounds. Fishing is great and you can even cast a line from shore.

Summer on a lake is very exciting, with multiple watersport craft from fishing boats to skiing, sundecks on pontoons boats and jet-ski's abound. However, the lake is large and uncrowded. Local habitats offer bicycling, hiking and even Segway tours for a variety of natural settings (plant, wildlife, etc.).

Fall brings the natural palette of colors, and the view around the lake is stunning. Fall is also a great time to enjoy drives around the lake on winding, hilly roads with canopy's of color. Warm days yield to cooler evenings making the balcony a great place to relax.

Let's just say there's no place like Branson at Christmastime. The whole area teems with festivities, joyous celebrations with both indoor and outdoor activities. Whether you've come to shop, eat or visit holiday shows, everyone in town treats you like royalty. We enjoy driving to see the festive lighting on the strip, through old-town and then on to Branson Landings, then heading back out to Emerald Pointe to relax in peace & quiet.
