Enjoy our spacious home with lots of character. The one-acre property is full of outdoor fun. The home was built in 1850 with some original finishes, and many updates with new appliances and furniture. You will have access to the entire home all on one level.
The covered patio offers outdoor furniture for relaxation, there is a nice family room with a 55" TV screen and a fully stocked kitchen.
Loveland Center is located a quick 4 ½ miles from our getaway, where you will find many restaurants, parks, bike trails and kayaking options. Downtown Cincinnati’s pro sports, riverfront and museums are a 25 minute drive. Kings Island and Waterpark a 15-20 minute drive.

We try to provide as much as we can for our guests so you don't have to pack it! We provide all linens, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, tissue boxes, laundry detergent, and trash bags for each stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked!
You'll find: mixer, Coffee pot, supplies for tea and coffee, small selection of seasonings, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, wine bottle opener, mixing bowls, toaster, blender.
We also provide all dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and utensils.

** THIS HOME IS ON ONE ACRE, AND CONSIDERED A RURAL PROPERTY- Guests will be using a rural septic system. If you are planning to have guests visit. You must have approval. $75 per guest, past 4 guests (regardless of their age) -per night if no prior approval. Guests staying all day and past 10pm will per considered an additional guest, Fees may apply unless you have confirmed your visitor plans with the owners.

THE SPACE
This 170(+) year old home offers all amenities on one level. You will see the updates and additions including some irregularity in the floor. There is a 3” step to the laundry and bath area. You will have a ½ step to enter the home from the front patio area.
