THE UNIT:

This unit includes access to the coveted Poi'pu Beach Athletic Club!
The large sunken living room with plenty of comfy seating and a Queen-size sofa sleeper features a smart TV, games, puzzles, and lending library for relaxing evenings after a busy day in the Hawaiian sunshine. The adjacent tropical garden lanai is perfect for enjoying morning sun and afternoon shade.

The granite and stainless-steel kitchen with double ovens and the adjacent dining area provide plenty of space to savor being together over a favorite meal while planning your next island adventure!

The primary suite features a comfy King-size bed, smart TV, and a roomy private lanai. Its en-suite bathroom boasts a travertine walk-in shower, separate jetted soaking tub, a large dual-sink vanity and a private water closet.
The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed and smart TV.

THE LOCATION:
Welcome to Poipu on the sunny South Shore of the Garden Island of Kaua'i. Enjoy a string of golden sand beaches, coastal nature walks along the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail, a wide range of dining options, boutique shopping, National Tropical Botanical Gardens, a Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course, snorkeling, surfing, and beachcombing, turtle spotting and Winter whale watching all within 8 minutes of your accommodations. Willing to adventure a BIT farther? It's just a 20-minute drive to board a boat tour of the spectacular Na Pali coast. An hour by car will place you on the edge of the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" at Waimea Canyon State Park. Just a bit farther is Kokeā€™e State Park- covered in forest, wildflowers and 45 miles of the state's finest hiking trails.

This place was great for our stay on Kauai. We arrived to yummy snacks and a great supply of coffee. The beds and linens are comfortable and nice and the kitchen was very well stocked for our stay. The management company we dealt with was super responsive and patient with us when we asked questions that had already been answered. Pickleball, golf and the beach are close by along with many restaurants and shops. The in-unit washer and dryer was fantastic to help us keep up with laundry. We also took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that we hauled in the provided wagon. If there would be one thing Iā€™d change it would be the fact that we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly. It took away from the serenity of the place but overall our stay was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was huge, the kitchen and living area were well equipped and the bedrooms large. It was also very clean. The complex was well maintained and we used the BBQ area by the pool. The staff looking after the gardens etc were really friendly too. The proximity to the beach via the pathway was great as well. We 100% recommend this condo and Coldwell Banker's communication, everything was easy and communication fantastic. Thanks!

Property was as described. Only recommendation would be how to get the Spectrum cable to work since there are 2 remotes and we could not find any directions. It took 2 days until we figured it out.

We loved staying on the south side of the island. The condo was perfect for our needs. About a 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach but the wagon with chairs and umbrellas made it easy.

Great Spot!

We love coming to Kauai and have stayed in Poipu Kai many times. This unit is well maintained, is a perfect location next to the green belt and pool while also being quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked and the furnishings throughout are comfortable. The extras for the beach were also great! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Comfortable family setup - nice breeze, close to beach and access to Poipu Athletic Club

Our family of 4 (two adults and two kids, ages 5 and 7) had a great weeklong stay. Living room was comfortable and there was a great breeze through the unit, so we never needed AC. Easy to make meals and get rest. We'll be back again!

Great condo in Poipu

Loved the property! The condo is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need for the beach! It is right by the smaller pool and hot tub and we had it to ourselves most nights after a day out on the island. Poipu was the perfect location for our March stay. Lots of really good snorkeling/beaches within 5 min of the house. We all enjoyed it!

Very attractive and clean!

We totally enjoyed our time at the condo. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed using the wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas that was in the condo. So thoughtful to have that for your guests. The condo is decorated very nice. Along with such a great place to stay we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. This was a5 star experience!

Clean and close to the beach

This place was about a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Everything was clean and looked as the pictures showed. I didn't receive wifi info but I also didn't need it so it wasn't a big deal.
