We hope you and your family/group enjoy yourselves in this home. If any issues arise during your stay, we have a crew of handymen, cleaners, and assistants who can help address any issues that can naturally arise in an older home.

With 1100 sqft, 4 bedrooms (4 Queen & 1 Queen Pull-out Sofa bed), this listing can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Please message us directly to request increased guest capacity.

- Each bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed on a solid bed frame, nightstand, open 3 prong outlets
- 4ft long open closets to hang and store clothes/luggage.
- Each bed comes with high-quality bedsheets, a duvet with a cover, two queen-size pillows, and an extra fleece blanket.
- Each room has a tower fan for additional cooling.
- Each room including the bathroom can be locked from the inside with a privacy knob.

Full Kitchen:

Guest Review: The house was super clean and chic. I love the design and have had such a lovely time in the room. Fong is a great host, super responsive, and helpful. Made sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again.

- We welcome pets at our property! However, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our space for all guests, there is an additional pet fee of $100 per stay.

"Supplies: We provide a week's worth of supplies, including trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and other necessities" Guests will have to purchase their own supplies thereafter.
