The good life~ Your own private getaway'~ Simply sit back and watch the golfers while you soak up the Arizona rays. Looking for fun in the sun? Play in the resort style heated salt water pool & spa complete with basketball hoop and plenty of pool toys, catch the game on the outdoor TV, play some golf on your own putting green, BBQ on the grill, maybe a game of corn hole or enjoy a quiet evening dinning under the covered patio while watching the stunning mountain sunsets, or retreat inside & play a game of Billiards, enjoy the provided board games or chill and grab a movie on Netflix plus local COX cable channels. Plenty of WIFI to go around with 2 services so have confidence all your devises should connect with no problem. Primary bedroom boasts a 5 piece bath with soaking tub & private entry to the covered patio enjoy sleeping on the top of the line adjustable bed with massage. 2 additional rooms with queen beds & ceiling fans, bunk room has two double beds & a twin, office has space for air mattresses (two provided).Kitchen is open to the living area and stocked with all the necessities. Pool table room has TV and pub table, full size washer & dryer, 1 space available for small to mid size car in garage, plenty of driveway parking. 1 mile to restaurants galore & shopping. Less than 20 minutes to the State farm stadium. 3 minutes to the movie theatre. 10 minutes to multiple spring training facilities. 24 minutes to the airport. It really is the Good life in Goodyear. Pool/spa heat is an extra charge.

Wonderful back yard!

This house was great. The backyard was a huge win. The pool was perfectly heated for our arrival so we instantly were able to jump in with no wait. The back patio was great for hanging out and enjoying the surrounding. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the many amenities. The owners were immediately responsive with anything we needed.

Awesome pool and hot tub.

We had a great time and we loved the pool and spa. Beds are comfy. I feel like the house is clean but the living room rug needs cleaned or replaced. It is kind of odd without a dining room table but we managed. We had a great time!

Great location and amenities

We had family and friends out for the NASCAR race. Location was perfect, home has lots of room and backyard is amazing!

Relaxing stay

Was in town for baseball tournament during 105 degree weather, nice to come "home" to a comfortable cool house and refreshing pool. Had a wind storm blow extreme amount of debris into pool and they had their pool maintenance come clean it all out for us, very responsive and follow up to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation spot

Very convenient place to stay, quit neighborhood, many in house activities, love the putting green, amazing sunsets . Would definitely stay again, on our next Phoenix vacation.

Ideal spring break rental

The property was as advertised! Extremely clean and there were no issues. We loved the neighborhood and close promote to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely look to start here again!

Alarm system

The alarm went off our last day every time we opened a door. The alarm seemed to beep everytime someone moved. The alarm probably needs maintenance.

Spring Training Getaway

Completely enjoyed our time at this house. It is as advertised. Jeff, the owner is great and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful and has everything you need inside and out. Will definitely be coming back.

NASCAR Championship Week

First impression was great. The house was easy find, clean and in a very friendly neighborhood. Our family had a great time in the pool, on the patio and our grandkids had a great time at the playground. We look forward to staying at this house again in the future.

Great Place

Stayed for a month in July. House was perfect for our family both indoors and outdoors. Beds are comfortable. Pool is wonderful. Owners are a pleasure to deal with. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, and neighbors are friendly. Definitely recommended.

Great place and great home. Everything was clean and the area is within 5 minutes of everything. The only con is that the pool vacuum is on the whole time and so we didn’t use the pool much and the pool is hotter than the hot tub. I did contact property owner and they asked us to keep it plugged in. We did not use the hot tub and we wanted to. I would recommend (especially in spring) to keep the hot tub hot for guests. I realize we could’ve called each time to get the owner to warm it up but just didn’t know how long it would take. I would definitely rent again I would just pre-ask the owners to keep the hot tub hot.

good family retreat for our xmas holiday

Positives: nice pool with basketball hoop and other pool accessories supplied, nice sauna, great covered patio outside, nice bar chairs and table to sit at, nice to have the Barbeque on gas so we didn't have to run for Propane like we did for the fireplace on the patio bar table. The screens were nice to block the slight winds when we entertained outside at night or played cards. Pool table added another entertainment feature that we didn't expect or missed on the features of the home but added a nice touch. Jeff the owner was very responsive when we would text him to ask for the Sauna to be heated up. Suggestions - a table inside that could be used for card playing, a dining room table inside would be nice for eating when we did get rain (which doesn't happen much in Arizona LOL). another bathroom would of been good (2 to 3).

Turkey day stay

Gorgeous house! Centrally located near everything you need. A few hiccups, but the owners are very quick to respond. Nothing big though. The pool and jacuzzi were great! My boys loved the pool table. We will definitely be renting this house again. It was exactly what we needed and wanted.

It is overall a really nice place to stay

The pictures accurately show how nice this house it. It had plenty of room for our party of 10 to spread out and have fun. The house was immaculate and the master bed was super comfy. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The advertised "heated" hot tub and pool were cold. We had to write the owner who said we were supposed to notify them in advance if we wanted to use them (this wasn't relayed clearly in advance). They turned them on, but the hot tub never got hot tub hot which was disappointing. The owners control the inside temperature and it was too hot in the house all three days. We had to keep windows/doors open to cool it off. Finally, it advertises it sleeps 10, but there aren't enough plates, etc. for 10 people. Pretty much everything else you need for the kitchen was provided. Outside of those areas that need improvement, we really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

Nice location

My family enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area and pool were great. Enjoyed hanging out in the pool watching football. Nice neighborhood location. The owners were great in responding to the minor issues we encountered. Great communication.

Very nicely appointed, fun and comfortable house. Super clean

A perfect spot for our family to stay while in Goodyear. Very convenient location. Comfortable and clean and fun with the pool and pool table! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Owners are very responsive to messages and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Great House with lots of Amenities!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. House had a lot of great amenities that everyone loved. Everyone enjoyed the Billiards/Pool Table! Living room is very spacious and comfortable, big TV & soundbar, and lots of pillows and blankets for lounging. Great kitchen with all the needed cooking items & pantry. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and linens. Master Bedroom/bath is huge and perfect! Great Swimming Pool for cooling off and overall great backyard and awesome Patio with TV, comfortable seating, Misters, FirePit, etc. Plenty of bath and pool towels and all the necessities provided. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!! Thank you.

It was a good time in goodyear!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It had everything we could ask for and more!! Very clean and spacious. The patio area was amazing! You can watch tv while your grilling on the BBQ or hanging out in the pool or jacuzzi. Misters were nice for the heat in the day and fire pit to set the evening mood. The home has an open floor plan and the master suite was gorgeous. The owners very welcoming and helpful with all of our needs. We will surely be booking in the future. Definitely recommend this for your good time in goodyear.
