This 1 bedroom ,1 bathroom Oceanside condo has been completely upgraded to make your beachside stay perfect. The Bonnie Belle unit 305 has everything you may need to enjoy a peaceful stay! The beach is quick skip away out the back door !
This condo is in walking distant to many local restaurants and bars/ fun like Alley Oops for adults and kids gaming( sports bar and restaurant, bowling alley , shark feedings, VR games, arcade games and prize room +++) , and many other local shops, ( coffee, Ice cream parlor, restaurant's & bars directly across the street ) for your convenience. Take the bus to Jolly Rogers or the boardwalk and avoid the OC traffic.
The condo has two balconies. One balcony is off the living room and another off the master bedroom and chairs sit outside to enjoy early morning coffee, breakfast, or a cocktail before a beach day or dinner .

This location is perfect for families and adults looking for a good time without the price tag of a OCMD hotel. It’s beautiful, clean, and new . Located at 122-123 street block Oceanside .

I love the events the city host throughout the year including the air show , many car shows , 4th July parade /fireworks (directly across the street from our condo and fireworks happen at north side park most summer nights ), spring, summer, OCtober, winter festivals (winter lights at NS park right across from condo ), bike festivals, St Patrick’s day events/ parade, many concerts, white marlin opening , Comicon , renaissance fair , NY Eve fireworks/events ( across from condo ) Santa parade , Halloween activities , Easter bunny, thanksgiving shopping and events/fairs ,Santa and shopping fairs, concerts , plays , and so many more /ect which makes each stay fun and enjoyable. ( a list of events can be found on the OCMD website) OCocean.com or browse in search bar. *The city has events all year ROUND.

We love the awesome seafood offered throughout the city’s many waterfront restaurants and you can’t leave without a Bloody Mary from crab cake factory -a block away from the condo!

The city lights at night and the ocean breeze makes you feel relaxed and at peace. We only hope that our guest can makes memories that will last a lifetime as well!

***NOTES***ADDITIONAL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS***
—LINENS SIZES—2 queens ( bedroom & memory foam plus down topper QUEEN sleeper sofa) & 2-twins. -****Plus -1 extra twin air mattress in closet, 2 air mattress /camping pads.
We have 2 extra twin beds- a trifold Tempur-pedic mattress in the bedroom closet in gray Zipper case and another memory foam twin mattress under the queen bed that can be pulled out easily; all in protected cases and super comfortable. Each option can be used separately or added to the gray twin fold out twin chair for added comfort if desired and they fit perfectly. The gray chair/bed has zippers with legs you pull out to elevate and then add the tri-fold memory foam bed on top with the mattress pad in closet . ( seen in listing pictures) Twin pillow topper mattress pad in closet with label for gray chair/bed, trifold mattresses, or twin mattress. (we ask that you bring your own linens/towels or I can also provide you with the number of a linen service( ****linen sizes-***QUEEN memory foam plus pillow toppers sleeper sofa***{ it’s super comfortable}( listing states double sleeper sofa for my only choice/ option ), queen bed in master , 2 twins for linens :) We also have 2 blue memory foam inflatable air pads/ mattresses and true twin air mattress as stated above.
( we use all these added bed options when we have extra friends and family coming for a night or two++ of fun ) ( see listing for more details and pictures ) We literally have EVERYTHING ELSE plus so much more!

LINEN NOTE ****I can also set up linens to be delivered for you. It includes fitted sheet, two pillow cases , flat sheet, and blanket per bed. 1 large body towel, hand towel, and wash cloth. Linens for 3 people are roughly $95 extra dollars. I like to give the options but most guest chose to bring their own and save the money .
-We try our best to keep the condo very stocked with all essentials ++ needed to minimize your expeensives and packing needs! From dish soap, laundry soap, TP, paper towels to coffee/tea needs, spices, wine honor system , parabens/sulfate / animal cruelty free shampoo, body wash , conditioner, face wash, & toothpaste/ individual wrapped tooth brushes, blow dryer, individually wrapped hair brushes and combs , loofas , wash cloths , shavers , mouth wash, flosses, face wash, gel, hairspray, shower caps, lotion, hair caps, sleep masks, lotion, sunscreen, cleaning products, hairties , facewash wipes, chapstick, nailclippers, baggies, condiments, foil, bar station , meds , individually wrapped crayons and coloring books, glow-sticks for beach, shell collecting bags that they can color , kite, games +++for kids , medicine drawer, flavors for water, doggie bags and treats, +++ we have it all!

Vrbo makes you acknowledge it before you make your 1st payment which acts as a signature to the terms of the short term lease. No need to print and sign given that step on this platform. Thanks . ( easier )

****** DAMAGE DEPOSIT for stays******
Note***WE DO NOT RENT TO high school SENIORS OR GROUPS UNDER 21- sorry *$150.00 will be only pre-authorized after you book your stay through VRBO. Once our cleaners have finished turning over the condo with report, I will report no damage and your card will NOT ever be charged . Thank you for your understanding and for treating all our stuff with care. We understand accidents happen but please don’t steal or treat our things with disrespect. :)

******For our pet lovers , Northside Park is right across the street for your fur baby to run .
*********Service animals per the ADA guidelines are always welcomed /ONE pet LESS than 50 pounds -case by case basis pending duration length of stay/our HOA, & season so please message me.

******Pet need to be on leash AT ALL TIMES and taken out many times for potty breaks - don’t forget your poop bags ! Additional fees will be charged for pet damages our cleaners report so please be mindful.
****Also, right across the street is a pet friendly restaurant called Tailchasers- the food and atmosphere is amazing . They have doggie meals!
-Many restaurants are pet friendly in OCMD. -PET FEE*******We charge a pet fee which can vary per season but when you click “ yes to guest bringing pets” it will add it in automatically. It’s in the section where you add the number of guests. We typically charge $32 per day for ONE pet. Cheaper than boarding plus you get to have your fur baby with ya :) ******$450 cap for two -four week bookings and beyond. I will refund you since the fee is calculated by day/night but pets need to be included in the booking - thanks :)

*******PAYMENTS*******
We break the payment into 2-3 and I can adjust the due dates and amounts if needed for your booking ***Currently , VRBO has bookings set for the three payment options ( pending on how close you book out before your check-in date. If close , it may be 1-2 payments or less rather than the 3) but we are flexible if you don’t like the due dates or want to pay it in one. ******VRBO doesn’t AUTOMATICALLY withdraw payment, but does send reminders of the due date for each payment pending how far out you booked.*******Typically, the 1st payment is 65%, and two more smaller ones will be collected roughly at 2 months pre arrival and with the last one 30 days before your check -in date . ( If check in date is closer, it will adjust accordingly and may again only collect two)

*****DISCOUNTS******
We offer discounts automatically for a week or more stay during all months and it’s shown at checkout. The percent varies per season. We offer steep discounts (50-70percent ) when you book for 28 days or more in the off season through VRBO.

****LINENS & TOWELS*****
We have ALL essentials +++ at the condo to reduce any packing needs and your cost but the only thing we ask that you bring is your OWN linens ( fitted sheet, pillow cases, blankets if needed and towels) (2 queens, 2 twins) We have all types of pillows in protected cases at the condo to use ( firm, medium, soft).Washer/dryer with detergent in condo. If you forgot something and use any of our linens, please wash and replace back to location and send me a message-thanks.
-If you use the last of something , please replace it but we keep it stocked well :)
***HOST FEE*** ( it’s the prorated cleaning fee and/or pet fee will be combined) *I know we appreciate a clean and organized space when we are guests and we pride ourselves in keeping our place super clean for our guests. Our entire cleaning fee goes to our cleaners who are AMAZING! We don’t charge the entire cost of the clean as a disclaimer to keep fees low! If you choose our place, you will NOT have to worry/wonder about cleanliness and that’s something thats important to me :) They are worth every penny.
