Welcome to ‘Hummingbird on Lake Winnipesaukee’. The property is sited on a beautiful slice of southwesterly facing waterfront with views of Mount Major. The property features a restored boathouse reminiscent of days gone by, with an oversized dock for you to relax, get some sun or go for a swim. In the evenings, you won’t want to miss the fabulous sunsets from this property! There is a ladder from the dock for swimming and there is also a gentle-access point into the water. The bottom is mixed (sand / pebbles) when entering from the shore, so water-shoes are recommended.

Inside, this three-bedroom lake home has been lovingly renovated inside and out. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting out in the 3-season room facing the lake. The home has an open concept floor plan (kitchen, dining area and living room). The kitchen has been finished with black stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets and pine groove ceilings throughout. There are three bedrooms all on the main level of the home. The first bedroom has a Queen Bed. The second bedroom has a Full Bed and the third bedroom will have a Bunk Bed (Twin over Twin). Please note, the third bedroom is being converted from an office and does not have a closet. The bunk bed will have storage drawers. This home has all the amenities you would expect to have a great vacation including central air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washer and dryer, and a gas grille available for your enjoyment. The TV in the living room is a Smart TV with basic cable service. Each bedroom has a TV where you can use your own streaming accounts (no cable).

The amenities of Alton Bay (shops, restaurants, ice cream and a public boat launch) are about 10 minutes’ drive from this property. The picturesque town of Wolfeboro, which many people consider to be a destination point of its own, is approximately 15 minutes from the property. One week may not be enough to enjoy all that this property and the area has to offer you!

PLEASE NOTE: The dock can accommodate (1) boat up to 24 feet in length. The owner may allow a second boat to be kept inside the boathouse with prior approval. The slip inside the boathouse is relatively narrow and can accommodate a boat with a beam (width) of approximately 9 feet. No consideration will be provided should the boathouse not be accessible / available for guest use. There is parking for (3) cars max at this property. The road from the driveway is shared with the neighbor’s property and cannot be blocked at any time during your stay. This property has a strict no pet policy!

Linens: Sheets, bath towel sets and arrival bedmaking service are all included with this rental. This DOES NOT include beach towels.
