Spacious KC Home - Pickleball, Mini Golf, Gym, Luxurious Bathrooms, Swim Spa

This gorgeous house has three levels to enjoy and spread out in! You won't run out of space or things to do here. All bedrooms are spacious with several bonus rooms. Private pickleball/basketball court, swim spa with separate hot tub and endless pool, 7 hole mini golf, corn hole, gym (weights, peloton), grill, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, oversized deck and tons of seating everywhere, perfect for a family or group get away! Amazing location down the street from the Speedway on the Sunflower Hills golf course and only two miles to the Legends, Sporting KC and much more.

Maximum 14 people at the property. There is a per guest fee after the first 4. Parties not allowed. Please note the house is next to the freeway so there is traffic noise.

The entire house is yours to use during your stay! Upstairs are two sleep spaces that can hold a total of 8 plus a giant work space. Main floor oversized master bedroom with full private bathroom including rain shower and Toto washlet bidet (bidets in all bathrooms). Laundry room off master bedroom.

The basement hosts two additional bedrooms (can sleep 2 each) with work desks in each, an exercise space and shuffleboard table. The entire house has excellent natural light from all the windows.

This property was fun and entertaining for all. Plenty of room for our big group to get together or relax apart. Property was clean and inviting and situated near many things to do and places to dine. I work highly recommend it.

Wonderful Home and Host!!

We absolutely loved the house! The host was wonderful and was very helpful. Home was easy to get to and located close to many great entertainment options. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back next year!

Great resort-like stay

Great for multiple generations. So much to do, and all of the facilities and equipment--pickleball, basketball goal, hot tub, ping pong, tvs, etc--were of good quality. The only complaints--one of our party was bothered by road noise/hot tub noise in the night; and one person thought the shower situation wasn't optimal, but everything else was so great no one was bothered that much.

Beautiful house and very spacious!!

I would definitely recommend this house. VERY CLEAN, has plenty of room and games (board games, mini fuzball, weight room, ping pong etc.

Perfect place for our group

This property was PERFECT for my daughter's bridal party to get ready for her wedding day. It was spacious, filled with great natural light and decorated beautifully. Lots of fun extra activities available that we didn't have time to enjoy but would be great for a family staying here with down time. Highly recommend this property!

Clean and Comfortable!

This house had everything we could have wanted for a weekend getaway with teens. It was so clean and truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated all the little details with coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps in all the bathrooms. I’m not talking the little trial sizes but full size, wonderful smelling, soaps. We loved this house so much that we spent as much time as possible there. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

Host was very responsive! Kitchen was exceptionally organized and labeled. Induction cooktop took a bit of learning to be able to use it. There were so many outdoor activities that It was hard to choose what to do next. Freeway noise took a while to get used to. Upstairs bedroom facing freeway was too noisy for light sleepers. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Family Friendly

Wonderful property to meet the needs for our 11 member family! So many basic stay supplies that we didn’t need to think about managing during a VRBO stay. Though close to the highway, noise was minimal but should be expected during your stay at this well supplied family gem!

Great place to stay

There are far too many great things to say about our stay. The host were always available to answer any questions and help out in any way they could. The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was centrally located and convenient to pretty much anything you wanted to do with in minutes of shopping, restaurants, KC speedway, casino and 30 minutes from the airport. If you want a great place to stay look no farther. I will stay there every time we go to KC.

We held our family Thanksgiving at the house, hosting a wide variety of ages, and the home was a great fit. The outdoor sport court was used almost every waking hour for pickleball or basketball and the arcade was a big hit too. Our whole crew fit around the dining room table and the kitchen was sufficient for making the big meal- a little cramped but well equipped. Road noise was noticeable, but nothing an extra nightcap didn’t fix. The upside of the location is that the home is close to a major shopping area.A major plus to the house was the communication w the owner, Doug. He was timely with information and replies and went above and beyond to decorate the house before we arrived w a tree and greenery. Thanks for making the week so easy!

Beautiful KC, KS home

This home is beautiful. We stayed here with our children and grandchildren over Christmas. The kitchen is very well stocked with excellent appliances, equipment and supplies. They had everything we needed to cook for 14! There were plenty of games for kids of all ages. We had a great time and really enjoyed this wonderful house.

BEST HOUSE EVER!

The owners of this house thought of absolutely everything to make our family stay amazing. There are A TON of things for the kids to do to keep them occupied so you don't have to really go anywhere to get their energy out. We were in town for a wedding and had other family visit who needed a place for the kids as well between wedding festivities. I splurged on this house for the hot tub to soak my feet after wedding heels and that also was wonderful. The owner was amazing the entire time and we will book again for our next KC trip!

Comfortable House with Easy Access to KC

Our group had a great time at this property. Probably the best stocked kitchen (in regards to cooking and utensils) of any short term rental I have stayed at. The common areas had great large couches and a big table to fit all of your group when hanging out. Indoor hot tub was nice, especially when super humid outside. Close enough to the highway and KC to not feel too far outside the area. AC ran well and kept us cool on a hot and humid weekend. Some bugs crawling around, especially in the basement, but not overly concerning.

We have hired a pest control company to help take care of this situation. A comfortable space for our guests is extremely important to us.

Great Spot with Lots to do

This place was great!! I met a group of friends here and it had so much to do that we barely left the house. Some of the highlights we enjoyed were: - Under counter ice maker - Shuffleboard - Ping Pong - The deck's comfortable furniture - A hutch filled with nice board games - The TV and couch in the living room - Easy interstate access - And if course the hot tub This property was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels, household supplies, and kitchen equipment. Doug was also helpful and easy to get a hold of. All and all, it was a fantastic place to stay, especially if you have a large group.

Gem Outside KC for Guys Weekend

Great location and house for a guys weekend in early Spring. Proximity to a golf course across the street and a mile or so away from KC Speedway and Casino. The house has been updated recently with lots of activities onsite including a putting green and basketball/pickleball court (my personal highlight). We were a little bummed that they were in the process of taking out the hot tub and putting in a swim spa, so we weren't able to use it. All the bathrooms were updated recently and the hidden gem was the high-tech toilets with heated seats and bidet, which was a new experience for most of the guys. The owner, Doug, was highly responsive whenever we needed something. All in all, would highly recommend for someone looking to do something outside of KC. Looking forward to going back!

A Great Place for your Family and Friends

We chose this property for our annual cousins reunion in KC 2023. It was perfect. We were so impressed with the manager and how easy he was to work with, before we even got there. We couldn't believe how nice and roomy this house was. They had the kitchen stocked in a way that was well beyond our expectations. We had 10 in our party and we had so much extra space. The beds were the most comfortable I had ever slept in. Even my own bed, and I thought it was unbeatable. We were close to a lot of fun things to do. I would definitely choose this property again. It was a wonderful place and Doug went out of his way to accommodate any and all of our needs

Perfect Place for a Big Family

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our big family. The kitchen, family room and back deck are all large spaces great for hanging out together. They have all kinds of fun things to do for kids and adults as well that I didn't remember seeing in photos -- ping pong table, yard games, foosball, shuffle board and even a brand new huge sports court with a basketball hoop. They also have a great gym, including a Peleton. The owners really have thought of everything and the house is well equipped -- plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soap, kitchenware, spices, foil, baggies...the list goes on. I think we ALWAYS have to go buy something missing from VRBO listings, but not this time. When I messaged the owners with a quick question on a Saturday afternoon, they responded to me immediately. We highly recommend this place!

Family Wedding

From the moment we entered this house it felt like a home. It was so nice to be welcomed with bottled water and snacks. There was ample room for all 11 of us to spread out without feeling cramped. Everything was pristine! We did make breakfast one morning and had all the utensils that we needed. I would absolutely rent this property again as the easy access to I70 and 435 was invaluable!! We ran out of time on the day we left to take out the trash so our apologies for overlooking this. Anyone looking for a home to rent for your family should truly consider this property. Thanks Doug for all your help answering my questions!

Family Girls Get Away

This was a great place to stay for our annual family girls getaway. It was located close to wineries, coffee, and shopping. The house was fully furnished and plenty of space to enjoy our time together. We definitely stay here again.
