Regarding the towels and washcloths, our cleaning team usually leaves enough based on the reservation details. As we mentioned earlier, the number of guests in your reservation didn't match the booking, so we weren't able to fully prepare for that. We're sorry to learn that some of the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We have looked into this issue and are considering some new seating options for our guests. Additionally, we purchased 14 new pillows and replaced the ones you requested to be changed. Regarding the Wi-Fi password, we couldn't find any misspelling on our end. We will double-check the website with guest instructions to ensure it's correct, but we were able to log in successfully with the current password. We also addressed the concerns about the tile and added a pizza cutter in the kitchen for the convenience of future guests.
